“Stopped in to try and find a new saddle as mine is not working for me. The lady that helped me was amazing.. she asked all the questions she needed to help me pick one and she has a ton of knowledge. She even suggested that I just adjust mine which might help before I buy a new one. I would have clearly thrown money at the problem ... whatever needed but when she said her most popular saddle was a really reasonable price... I went for it and so far am very pleased . I will tell you I have been to my share of bike shops and they are often not pleasant... either not customer centered and only interested if you want a new 10g bike.. or are a triathlete ...The honest customer service and friendly atmosphere will definitely bring me back. Thank you for a great experience...”

“I needed a new seat for my bike ! Upon my arriving at the store I I was greeted and was asked if the sales person could help ! I decided to look for my self ! Well it was overwhelming at the seats ! The staff asked again and I asked which one of three was best for me ! The staff gave me his prospective and I made my decision Checkout was easy and quick off I went to install my seat ! Friendly staff nice place to shop for my need !”
