We needed to repair a window contact on our old style alarm unit. I called late on a Friday afternoon and Bobby came right over first thing Monday morning. He did an excellent job, clean and efficient. He even suggested to check the main battery and found it almost dead, so we replaced it. Thank you for doing such a good job!

We have used Bartlett Brothers Security for the last 5 years. Figured it was about time to show my appreciation for the great job they have been doing. We recently upgraded our cameras etc. and they did a flawless job. They were even able to navigate through all the technical internet stuff for us to make seamless connections from one end of our property to the other. Any time I have had any questions all it takes is one phone call and their Tech Guru solves it! The monitoring service has been spot on. Professional good people.

I purchased a video security system from them for my business over five years ago. The had recently given us a proposal for a new updated system that was very expensive. Since ours was still working I chose to wait until after the first of the year.2 weeks ago while I was on vacation, my business was broken into and robbed. The police wanted to look at the videos. Being out of town I told my office manager to call and pay Bartlett Brothers for assistance. They told my manager that they would not help her and that they do not make their money working on old video systems.I will be buying my new system from a different company, that is for sure!

I sold a house over a year ago and they refused to cancel my service. I started receiving calls that the house was reporting smoke. They could not care less that I wasn't the home owner. House could have been on fire with people inside and they were wanting emails about the service. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The idea that they are responsible for the security and safety of homes and their occupants is extremely alarming.

Bad people, bad attitudes. They act as if your home is THEIR home. Stay away from them. Try to scare you into upgrading all of your current equipment so they can sell you something else.
