Consistently frustrating experiences and lack of service. Phones not answered. Must try to call multiple times and then they blow you off if they answer the phone. Local manager doesn't respond, when u asked for name of regional manager they said they don't know. Seriously, you don't know who your boss is? They want you to use online. Online support is sketchy. They are "too big to care".

Horrible customer service. Sat at drive thru window 10 min while being ignored by teller inside with no one in front of her. She looked at me then turned back around and completely ignored me. Thankfully I was only trying to pay a bill. I'd NEVER bank here.

Very poor customer service. I went to the bank to take care of my stepmothers death certificate today and after waiting 15 minutes was told I need an appointment. Before going we were told we could walk in and the website also says you can walk in. This was a followup because we had already done this in this location and for some reason it got lost. We have been to other branches and there has never been an issue. The problem is just this branch I think. The manager on duty was very rude. There were 3 customer service staff working with other people and only 1 person waiting when we arrived.
