The first store had terrible customer service (Hwy 1 Port St Lucie) but the one in (Stuart off of Hwy 1) had EXCELLENT Customer Service

Absolutely little to no customer service! Employees texting on their phones and have AirPods in. They’d rather be messaging their friends instead of assisting customers! Even after asking for help, the one that ‘helped’ us walked away from the problem instead of trying to help us figure things out.

I had a great experiencing with the manager and the story workers they give you the pleasure to want to come to the store. I’m so happy I met the sweet people raise up the pay. God bless.

The Manager of the Fort Pierce store, Ashtin Madden (Dameron), had an extramarital affair with one of the delivery drivers from the Stuart store, Josh. Josh gets a prescription of pain medications and has been feeding them to Ashtin. Josh gave Ashtin herpes, which she brought home to her husband and infected him with. The employees at Badcock all knew of the affair and concealed it on their behalf from the husband, who now must live with herpes for the rest of his life. This store is garbage, the employees are trash.

Donnie was SO patient with us; we asked her MANY questions and she answered them all. We even went to another furniture store and Donnie was still there to answer more questions when we came back,it was her knowledge and EXCELLENT customer services skills that sold us on purchasing the love seat. We can't WAIT to get it delivered this week.

Beyond impressed excellent service Susannnah asked if I needed help and after that she achieved all my expectations finding right choices recommended additional items and checking if it was in stock and ensured my delivery date was available deal-breaker. As a former employee sales/office from Delray Badcock she made my experience in my new hometown store pleasant and efficient. I am looking forward to the delivery. The staff all thanked me and said goodbye. Very impressive ?

We absolutely love both of the stores in our area. We have been doing business with them for years. Debbie is a pleasure to work with, super friendly, helpful. The variety she has in the stores is amazing. Definitely our first place we go for furniture

Wish I could put zero stars. We financed a brand new dish washer brought it home and had it installed to find out it did not work. Reviewed the policy and it says " 10 day return policy" Brought it back and the store and the self proclaimed owner said it was my responsibility to have Whirlpool look at it and determine it was not damaged by me. I explained my contract does not say I had to have an inspection done. She wrote refused return on my paperwork and would not except. Let the so called "hassle free return" begin. I told her that I have concern with being forced to go over the 10 day return window and she laughed and loudly said "I AM THE OWNER!" This is a private owned place that is absolutely not hassle free. Do not expect them to honor their contract without a fight no matter the problem. I recommend Jetsons Appliance or even Home Depot to ensure your contract is honored.

Let me start first with recognizing Debbie, the owner of both this location and also Ft. Pierce. Being a sales oriented business operator myself I tend to pay close attention to my own experiences when purchasing items which require a sales professional and I commend Debbie and her entire team for always upholding their commitment to great customer service. Todays purchase came with a heavy heart as my Papa’s health is quickly deteriorating and my family decided it was time for a power lift recliner, I priced a few out online and did some research but ultimately gave Badcock the first opportunity. Without hesitation I called and spoke with Debbie prior to arriving and she ensured she hasd units in-stock, so off we went. Long story short we found the perfect chair at a respectable price (pricing being the last of my last worries if the service is attentive and informational) and Badcock, both Stuart and Ft. Pierce has EARNED a lifelong customer.

I had purchased from Badcock home furniture many years ago and my husband and I decided to return to look at what they had. Boy did we make the right decision . We found exactly what we needed at a great price. The owner Debby and customer service representative Dominique were phenomenal! Customer service at this store is top notch! We definitely will be coming back!

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced and by the owner of an establishment. Debby is very rude, inconsiderate, and does not know how to communicate restfully to customers. I will never shop there again and who ever is her superior needs to speak with her on how to deal with customers the right way because she will make you lose a lot of clientele.
