“*editing my review because I just got a new 2026 Pacifica Pinnacle from Wallace Jeep last night. Jesus was my sales person and Houston was my sales manager. When I tell you this dealership goes above and beyond for its customers there is no holding back on their part. It was cold and windy, and we had our baby. They brought the vehicle INSIDE so we could keep our baby warm while checking out the vehicle and its features. I mean, who does that?? Jesus knew these vehicles like the back of his hand, showing us all the cool little bells and whistles that made us know we had made the right choice. We received such a great price from the desk there was no hardballing, no negotiation tactics - I couldn’t have been happier.
I recently leased a 2024 Wagoneer S and the entire process was amazing. I was having some difficulty with the Jeep app (app issue not dealer error) and Houston, the sales manager took time out of his day, on his day off to contact customer support on my behalf and fixed the issue. You don’t find customer service like this anymore.”

“Great experience all around. I first visited the dealership in May, just to look and see what would be available. My sales person followed up with me occasionally from that first visit up until I actually came to the dealership to purchase last Saturday. They very quickly looked at my trade-in and came up with an offer which we discussed and came to an agreement on which I think was one of the best deals I’ve ever had on a new vehicle. the financing team worked very quickly to get my application approved and signed and then the vehicle was prepped and ready for me the next day. “Traveling and a brake problem developed. Dealer was closed. Made an appointment on line. Very easy. Met with Service Advisor Christian Aiello, explained the problem. Service bulletin had been issued for the issue. No charge.
Needed to travel again. Christian got with the Service advisor, car promised by end of next day, it was completed ahead of the promised time.

The estimate was detailed and fair and the actual price came in lower than the estimate because it was a worst-case estimate and care was taken in removing parts so they were not damaged and could be reused.

I am extremely concerned about the continuing problem with the dashboard bubbling problem. I've had this repaired once before and now it is happening again. What is Chevrolet doing about this??? What happens when my warranty is up and this continuing problem occurs again?? I was looking into purchasing a new Z06 LT3 and now am reconsidering. This problem should not occur on a highend vehicle. My vehicle is garage kept and only has 5,000 miles on it. Chevrolet should be revisiting the manufacture of this component to ensure it is permantently fixed.”

“Advanced auto pot has always been a go to pot store for any and all of my automotive needs. I don’t do as much auto repair as I used to, but I still depend upon advance for my basic windshield wiper replacements, fluid floor mats and any other automotive needs That I am able to do on my own or with the help of my son. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They offer free diagnostics which I recently used whereas my engine light came on and they were able to diagnose the problem as a faulty gas cap Once I replaced the gas cap, the engine light went out and I have had no further problems problems thank you”
