So I called to make an appointment for a regular oil change (nothing fancy, non of this crazy stuff they push) I got a quote for around $210.00.Well I signed up for it when I bought an Audi, no problem. What ticked me off was the tire rotation $130.00 lolWhat's wrong with those people.This particular dealer makes me not want to buy another Audi

I had an amazing experience, by far the best car experience I've ever had, with Sales associate Michael Payne. He was attentive to what I asked for & very patient with me, making the entire process extremely smooth. His professionalism & friendly demeanor kept me at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend him for any future purchases.

I guess I'm the outlier here with my 1-Star, so you be the judge. After creating a build online for an e-tron SUV, I was contacted by someone from their dealership...thinking I was interested in a car. Either Audi has a horrible communication system in place with their dealers, or this guy is clueless (I'm going with this one). I referenced my build sheet to explain what I was looking for and was told they had one with my colors and options in stock. An appointment was immediately made to meet with Kirk the Sales Manager, so "everything would be ready when I got there." When I got there, nothing was "ready", Kirk wasn't available, and they didn't have the SUV in stock. Instead I was handed off to a salesman that was a throwback to a Pontiac dealership in the 80s. He didn't know the maintenance requirements of the e-tron, other than, "It doesn't need an oil change" (pure genius). Then he couldn't tell me where the nearest charging station was, and never once mentioned a "value proposition" for buying from Audi Stuart. How about things like..."If you're in the area you can stop in and get a free car wash, or hook up to a charger, or grab a cup of coffee, etc." In other words, zero salesmanship and next to zero product knowledge, while trying to sell me an $80,000 SUV. I got rid of my BMW and Porsche, because I was tired of driving to West Palm for service, with the hope of purchasing my first Audi from "the local dealer". Looks like I'll continue driving to West Palm, where you get a high-end experience when purchasing a high-end vehicle.

New sales person wanted to work with me on a used car purchase. Drove over 100 miles to buy the car and sales person was nowhere to be found. As I'm leaving I see him shooting the shit with a couple of people, I mentioned to him "you snooze, you lose".

Absolute best experience I have had at a dealership. First off they are the only Audi dealership in Florida that is not greedy. For the type of car I was looking for every other dealership was asking 10k markup even to order from the factory. Audi in Stuart did not charge me a markup when I placed my order. Then when they got a random allocation of the car I ordered they gave me first take at msrp price. They could have easily asked for a markup. Bryan kept me in the loop and updated through the whole process and was very friendly. Derek the finance manager was also very helpful and not pushy or trying to upsell me on products I didn't want which I really appreciated. 100 percent would recommend anyone looking for an Audi to do their purchase with Audi in Stuart.

After being a employee at this store for 3 years I just have to let folks know that this dealer is 100% money over morals. They value the money takers over the money makers at every turn. If you drive by the store after dark you will notice the upper glass panels in the showroom have been left for dead and not cleaned in years. i made it a point to tell the dealer "principle " that it is embarrassing to have chick fila and Hyundai having More upkeep than Audi. The factory Audi sign on us1 has also been burned out for years with rust and corrosion trails on it when both Honda and Ford next door both brought cranes in and replaced the worn signs and even Wallace vw could afford to do the right thing. Over half of the showroom bulbs overhead have also been burned out for years and this is allknown at a management level. So how could so many obvious things that the customers see be overlooked? They are not overlooked rather disregarded the the "leader" Devin Carlson. Now ask yourself this, if they will make all those questionable decisions with obvious stuff in people can see, how do you think they treat the employees behind closed doors?! This dealer does have several good keeper employees but overshadowed by horrific management. In fact all of the folks in the management roles are simply Devin's puppets to execute his wish's no matter how morally stripped. I have worked at 5 Audi stores in south Florida and this one is by far the most crooked. They have already removed my previous Yelp post because corporate greed does not like the truth told. Good luck Audi Stuart, they will need it!

Almost completely incompetent with regard to service and parts. None of these mooks ever answer their phones. The parts guy needed a VIN number just to check whether or not he had black touchup paint in inventory. Really? Just walk to the stockroom or check on the computer dolt!! I can't recommend this place for anything. BTW, no prices for service on their website and none of the links for more information work. Typical Florida sham.

DO NOT SELL YOUR VEHICLE TO AUDI STUART!!!!!! I sold mine and they have not paid me for it. I was told they could not give me a check on a Saturday, the day I sold the vehicle to them, because their finance department was not open and that a check would be sent to me Federal Express on Monday. I've since learned that was a lie. Never received the check. Called every day during the week and was promised the same thing over and over again. One week later and still no check. I've spoken to so many managers who all say the same thing.... "I'm sorry this is happening." "This is not usual." "I promise you will have your check." One week later and still being told the same thing.DO NOT SELL YOUR VEHICLE TO AUDI STUART!!!!!!

My car was taken it for 30k service, gone for two weeks and they did absolutely nothing to my vehicle. The vehicle was filthy, none of my fluids were topped off and they didn't fix a single issue which I came in with multiple.

Wow. That was the easiest buy of a Q3We worked with Linda. She was professional and friendly. Linda was able to get our trade-in for a better price. And we bought a beautiful navy Q3. The whole process was easy. The staff could not do enough for us.
