Great place. Placed a Halloween order snd they had it made by the next day. Staff very helpful and friendly. They made a mistake and overcharged me unbeknownst to me and called me and told me. Honest. Highest rating from me.

Let me just say, my business was not the easiest to work with. We knew we wanted to rebrand and design new shirts for our team but we just couldn't pull it together when it came on settling on a final design. We changed it so many times I lost count. It took months of back and forth but Lori was phenomenal. She was so patient, kind and understanding and she really made sure we got what we wanted. She is very responsive to emails and calls to confirm changes. Ampersand really provided us with the best price (and experience) for what we wanted and we are so happy to support a local business. I will absolutely be using them in the future. THANK YOU!

Was hoping to find a local graphic company to build a relationship with for future continuous work with the company I work for. Very unprofessional and horrible communication skills from the whole team. Was told the wrong price on a big order. Paid a hefty rush fee, was sent several wrong invoices, paid a shipping fee and the finished product was not delivered on time. So much for a rush order!

Completely rude and for the quality and “customization” I received, you’re better off finding whatever basic, stock image clip art from google they were going to try to sell you and print it yourself.I honestly am so curious as to how they have managed to be in business for any amount of time.

The staff made my experience so easy at Ampersand Graphics! The shirts that I had made were great quality and you could tell they really took their time to do their best work. Tayler was super helpful and did an awesome job helping me choose the perfect design for our special occasion. Great company, great staff, great work!

I wish I could leave them ZERO STARS!! My friends placed a fairly large order for some T-shirts for their business. Upon arrival, there was a problem with the design lay-out, but they decided not to mention it & keep them anyway, since they'd gotten such a "good deal". Wanting to support their business I bought 2 of the shirts from them, and within JUST A FEW WASHES the design began to come off! They might be CHEAP IN PRICE, but that's because they're also CHEAP IN QUALITY. #YouGetWhatYouPayFor
