My initial experience at the salon was okay, however when I went back the second time they placed me with a man who decided to pop my old acrylics off instead of soaking them off. He ended up ripping my actual nail and when I pulled my hand away because it hurt he just “tapped” it ok to try to ease the pain, smiling while doing so. He rushed the process and I ended up with basically every other nail crooked. I asked for chrome and he did not coat my nails thoroughly either at the edges.

This nail salon was so bad. They sat me with a man who spoke NO ENGLISH. I tried telling him what I wanted to my nails and he said “no English” everything was translated.. he put two nails crooked, had to lay the acrylic twice, shredded my cuticles off, and the acrylic applications was chunky, not smooth at all. Some tips aren’t fully connected to my nail beds. Don’t recommend this place if you want any type of acrylic.

Awful. People were pleasant but the my nails look awful. Did not shape them at all and I have maroon all around each nail. I went there because my granddaughter had been referred by a friend. The girl who did her nails did a good job. But we both decided we would not be back. The entire shop needed a thorough cleaning. The way they sterilized instruments was to spray them w what I assumed was alcohol. For what I paid for the two of us it was not worth it. Too many salons around to go to an unsanitary one.

Natalie is the tech that usually does my nails. She does a phenomenal job! They all pretty much do great work. Great customer service, and accommodating.

Been waiting to try this salon and im MAD I didn't go sooner! My nails are literally perfect (healthy nails w short tips) and my Pedicure is also perfect. And the color selection is awesome. Their prices are fantastic and I was in and out for BOTH services in 50 mins!!!! As a busy mom who works full time I'm soooo happy I've found my new nail place, thank you Top Design! ?Services: Nail extensions

I have been here quite a few times but this will be the last .. this place gives random pricing each time and has poor quality products. This last time I was charged 80$ and my nails started popping off 8 DAYS after getting them. They did not even push my cuticles back. Terrible experience i will not be returning.

Customer service was horrible and the pedicure was awful the water and towels were cold even when asked if it could be hot.

Single I’ve been here numerous times, but this time was horrific I thought OK everybody has a bad day so I said some thing, but instead of him taking care of me, the man that was working on my hands Jay he decided to fight me on it and even cut my finger he was so disrespectful and on top of that they charge me and let me leave with my nails looking so I’m presentable. I had to go elsewhere and spend extra to have them fixed and then after I just paid, feeling forced to pay on top of everything, I suggest you do not go here. And again, as I said, I’ve been here several times so they know me to let me leave like this felt so shameful.Service: Acrylic nails
