I signed up for service and unfortunately I had a flat tire later that day; I was told that in the first 7 days, they did not provide service; I was charged $60 for someone to come change a tire, I agreed to have them come out and I told then to send the technician and cancel and return my membership fee. Today after receiving, the run around for over an hour I was told that they could not return my membership because they provided service even after I originally told them to cancel the membership before I told them to provide service. As a follow-up the terms of the membership did not provide this information. I have been a member of AAA for decades in AZ, but never had an issue. AAA of Florida is terrible and in my opinion unprofessional and unethical!! Choose a different company you will be sorry with AAA!!!

I called Aaa last night after I blew a tire. After getting a confirmation that they knew I was stranded, no one ever showed up. Why am I paying for a service that doesn't get provided?

After calling AAA I waited hours for a tow. Their customer service was horrible. They told me that there was no one in the area available to tow my car and assured me that they were doing everything in their power to find someone. I called AAA back about 30 minutes later to ask for an update and was told then same thing. Waited another 30 minutes and was told the same thing. I said "what if I call around and try to find someone myslef. They told me I was welcome to call around and try and find someone myself but insinuated I wouldn't have any luck.I called all hooked up towing and Joe answered the phone. He said he had a guy that could come and get me immediately. I called AAA, gave them "All Hooked Up's" number and asked them to reach out to Joe. They said they would. I waited another hour and called Joe back. He said he hadn't heard from AAA. Joe stayed on the phone with me while I got a AAA supervisor on the phone. The AAA supervisor said "we don't see anyone available to tow right now". Joe told them "what are you talking about? I have 3 guys available right now"!NEXTsome how Joe explained to the AAA person where to look on what ever screen they were looking at to see that there were people available to tow my car. Joe was able to get AAA to cover for my tow (i've been paying for AAA for 10 years. I expected more from them).The tow truck driver showed up quickly, was polite and personable.

Called for my neighbor as his keys and phone were locked in his car , tech had some difficulty though no fault of his , the tint being absolutely black made is difficult to see inside, otherwise a 5 star effort ?

Called for roadside assistance this morning, Billy was in our driveway a half hour later, ran diagnostics, determined it was the battery, changed the battery and life is good again. Love my AAA !

Lenny, from All Hooked Up towing, assisted us when we called AAA. He was fantastic. He really knows his stuff. He got us moving within 5 minutes of showing up and had a smile on his face while doing so. He answered all the questions I had. I would call Lenny for any auto troubles I have. He is the reason for the 5 stars! Thank you Lenny.

AAA told me at 2:45 p.m today that "All Hooked Up" towing company would arrive were I broke down it's 6p.m no one has came AAA keeps telling me someone is coming yet it's been hrs no 1 has shown up thinking about canceling the whole family plan looking into alternatives for AAA all together.."Do better AAA"

I will never book a vacation through AAA again. We made our deposit with Royal Caribbean but transferred and finished it through the Stuart AAA because when inquiring about their deals vs RC direct prices we were told we’d get a few perks like a bottle of wine and fruit basket. This was confirmed over and over. Well, after getting on ship, those weren’t there. I emailed our agent at AAA and promptly received a reply: “Hi David, Royal changed the program for this year to balcony stateroom and above. So sorry about that! Bon Voyage, You are still going to have a wonderful time! Cheers, Jen”. Well, then we found out we also lost our $50 on board credit which we did not know either. We should have just finished the booking with RC like my sister in law. Would have been nice to find this out prior instead of basically an oops, reply. Real bait & switch to get less. Welcome to 2023 service. Just book direct.

The whole company is trash.Idk what they do as a travel Agency but I pay AAA for emergency roadside assistance. I put ina request at 6:30pm and at 9:00pm was told that All Hooked Up Towing declined the request and they have no one else.You pay them $80+ a year for peace of mind and when you need it they can't even afford to get drivers out to you.There are definitely companies towing right now. They just don't want to take pennies from AAA when they can make dollars on their own. The Internet has made it easier for these companies to survive without relying on contract work from AAA and it shows.TOTALLY USELESS service and a waste of money. I got a ride from my friend and saw 3 different tow trucks on my way home.
