Called for weeks for information on International Driving permit with no answer. Finally drive across town to apply since no one answers the phone and they tell me I have to mail it to them unless I purchase a membership. So now I wasted all this time just to have to turn around and mail it because they refuse to accept it from someone in person and won’t answer the phone. Garbage company

After years if using someone else, we signed up again for Roadside assistance. Shauna and her colleague couldn't have been more helpful and professional. She even gave us advice where to dine in connecticut, our destination. 5 star service, a rarity in Stuart. Thank you!

Went to AAA in Stuart at the last minute before a 1200 mile trip to New Jersey. Aaron Speros was extremely helpful. He completed my Triptik in a few minutes and it was prepared very professional, and perfectly . Kudos to Aaron for a job well done!

I’m call AAA for run off gas 6:15 is 9:15 still no one help me. Guy who came to service us said the office did not wanted to take the call saying the driver called back saying he didn’t had a gas can container. Another office had to take the call far out from us, AAA called to update with ETA 30 minutes, 3 more times overall wait 3hrs in a turnpike!!!! Worst Service EVER.

Went in without an appointment around 9 am, because I knew the route I wanted to travel they were able to help me before their next appointment.
The young woman who helped me was delightful. She was knowledgeable and printed my TripTik and made my hotel reservations. It was a wonderful experience. AAA is luck to have an employee like Shauna D. ,hope they appreciate her.

Jennifer was excellent, helped us above & beyond. She explained everything to us, drew a map to show how many days we needed to stay to make the most of our trip. Highly recommend her & AAA.

19 year member of AAA and today was the worst overall service. I called at 615pm for tire change since I was having Jack issues. They sent a confirmation text saying someone would be there by 732pm. Then basically ghosted me so I called and spoke to agent at 830 and she said she was going to check in to it and put me as a priority call. And I should get confirmation shortly no confirmation and no follow up call back from her. So at 930 called and talked to another representative and he basically told me there is no service contractors open and would not be able to send anymore. So had to change tire at 945 with broken jack in the dark. I have no problem changing a tire myself and have done it many times, but with a bad Jack and paying for AAA figured they would honor the membership. Would have been nice to know 3 1/2 hours earlier and daylight available that they weren’t going to show.

I signed up for service and unfortunately I had a flat tire later that day; I was told that in the first 7 days, they did not provide service; I was charged $60 for someone to come change a tire, I agreed to have them come out and I told then to send the technician and cancel and return my membership fee. Today after receiving, the run around for over an hour I was told that they could not return my membership because they provided service even after I originally told them to cancel the membership before I told them to provide service. As a follow-up the terms of the membership did not provide this information. I have been a member of AAA for decades in AZ, but never had an issue. AAA of Florida is terrible and in my opinion unprofessional and unethical!! Choose a different company you will be sorry with AAA!!!

My aunt and I had the worst experience with AAA. It took 24 hours to get my car towed from Indiantown to Jensen Beach. No follow ups. It was extremely the worst and most horrific experience EVER. The customer service representative was more like a detective asking questions about why it needed to be towed, what was wrong with it, have you tried to move it? The list goes on and on. If you are a member and pay for a service, then why is it so difficult to get the service you are paying for? The request was submitted via the mobile app on Friday evening at 7 pm and the vehicle was not picked up until Saturday evening at 6:58 pm. This is not the first time that she has had to wait an excessively long time for service. In a separate incident. My aunt had locked her keys in the car when she went to her storage facility. At that time she had her five year old grandson with her and they were forced to wait for five hours for a locksmith to come and open the vehicle. This is just unacceptable as a paying member of AAA. They gladly renew yearly without fail but when it comes to providing customer service, they fail the customer. Truly disappointing experience.
