very unprofessional, they lying about the warranty, they guy name Paap does not repair my transmission 2011 chevy silverado who was covered under the warranty, and he won't to deal with me about the issue, I was so corporate with them , unfortunately i will have to let others know to not trust this company. I dont like to do reviews, but I will have to do it in this case because they stole my $1500 ,i will definitely not recommend no one to go in this place. They're only provide Good customer service, but deplorable services. They will not do what they're supposed to do. I will also report them to BBB for stop at least doing bad business. Thank you.

The transmission builder Melvin is very talented. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite. If you're having transmission problems, I recommend you use this team.

Awesome like a new truck, That was 8 months ago after a year 3 rebuilds now it's lost 3rd and 4th time for 4th time, rebuild that's 4 in less than 2 years going to someone else I don't tow anything and baby my truck I'm old and on SS Why can't I get a transmission to last? Now I have no car,

Had a leak on the cover of my Dodge Caravan trans.Eddie Rivera put car on the lift and explained to me that these cars have trans problems and explained how they rebuild the computer etc etc etc and it would cost about $3600 to fix, even showed me the parts they replace etc etc.I took my car to another mech and found out that the trans cover just needed a new gasket, whole job cost me $275.I think I have now done more than 6000 miles after the fix no problems.Maybe even more than 6000

Offered to diagnose transmission. Took it apart and offered financing which was not approved for.This review is due to the fact that they advertise free towing with service and they did perform a service by diagnosing and taking my transmission apart. I asked to run the computer which I'm sure he didn't and he went to my girlfriend before me insisting it's internal.Once they told me the price $3500.00 to rebuild a used transmission for a Chevy Malibu 2011 with 165000 miles on it I didn't want to do it.The Manager Will insisted he couldn't put it back together and charge us 200 for towing as well as 700 labor.Still don't have my car. Still dealing with thisThey insisted dropping $1000 after but at this point don't even what it done.

These guys they couldn't give me an estimate with out opening my transmission they said, and that was a lie.. then they replaced my transmission that wasn't needed.,Then to top it off they caused a different problem to my vehicle now it jurks ike it's not getting gas. I was driving home thinking everything is ok, after I just left the shop, when I had to get it towed back. They saw A women and gave me more problems. I would not recommend them to anyone.Service: Transmission

I stopped in and asked them if they could check my transmission in my cobalt They were very polite very professional They added 2 1/2 courts to my transmission an wouldn't let me pay for it there are good people out there in this world

My 1999 Ford Ranger p/u had the overdrive light flashing... it was determined that I needed a complete Xmission rebuilding. The cost w/tax was about $3,000 ... which I determined was about the going cost in the industry. After I picked up the truck I noticed a small fluid leak on my garage floor.. so I returned to the store and they kept the truck for four days finally replacing the Xmission pan gasket. I picked up the truck again and the next morning I noticed that the Xmission was still leaking so I returned it again back to the shop. This time they kept the truck over the weekend and returned it to me Monday afternoon. They replaced the neutral sender and the Xmission pan So far today I haven’t seen any evidence of the leak . But overall I can say my experience was good.... they provided transportation for me several times and didn’t question what I was telling them. I think Hector and Eddie are honest and will stand by their work ..... I would recommend AA Xmission to my friends.
