I don't think that every single person who works here is bad, but if I had known that the person who took care of me was going to leave my nails the way it leave them, I would have asked my 10-year-old niece to do it for me because that work was disastrous.
the coats of polish did not fully cover the nail, when she finished applying the last coat was a bubble on it and she did not wash or clean my nails. I mean, if I knew I would do it by myself, because that is the difference between do by yourself or going to the saloon
I pay 36 bucks for nothing, or yes, 20 minutes of her time.

I have only been going for a short period of time but Kevin has been doing my nails and I cant find anyone in PSL to do them better than him. he does an AWESOME JOB! and I'm very picky ..my nails last for 2 sometime 3 weeks..The staff has been nothing but nice to me

I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I had the worst pedicure today. I had an appointment and arrived on time. They took me quickly. The place is clean.
The issue was with the woman who gave me the pedicure.
I asked for a Green Tea Spa Pedicure with callous removal and 10 minute massage. When she put a blue pellet in the basin, I asked again for the Green Tea pedicure. She smiled and said yes. But did not take out anything indicating she was giving me what I asked for.
After cleaning the nails, she applied the scrubbing solution to one foot/calf. Scrubbed for a minute and (without rinsing) put lotion on the same area.
At this point, I said, “this is not the massage part, why are you putting lotion over the scrub stuff?” At this point she walked away to get something out of the back room
I asked the technician next to me if this woman understood English (not being prejudice, but wanting to improve the communication). She said this woman understood English, but pretends she doesn’t.
Anyway, she came back with the “cheese grater” and finished the callouse removal. For the second leg, she did not apply the scrub solution, only a little cream to the wet leg for one minute.
She then dried off my feet and legs and was ready to polish. I told her (again) I did not want polish.
Then she put a little of the oil on top of my foot (the oil they apply to the nail bed), wiped it off and put my sandals on.
NO MASSAGE AT ALL!!!
At this point, I was done anyway. Went to pay and they charged me $30. I questioned the price. $30 for a pedicure where they didn’t have to remove polish, no polish was applied, and no massage.
They just looked at me. So, I paid the $30 and left. I am a very generous tipper - usually over 25%. I did not leave any tip for this woman. I did not even get her name.
I won’t be going back to this place ever. There are a lot of other places I can happily spend my money.

Worse nail tech ever! I found it rude that someone assumed that one person is on drugs just because they're shaking! I heard how this tech said that like if it was nothing! I'm never coming back if I'll be judge like that.

This salon is awesome I have been a client for 20 plus years and they never disappoint! I feel like part of the family and that is a blessing everytime I walk in. My Valentines set I am in loveeee with I posted pictures for you to enjoy as much as I do. This is the a 5 star nail spa you will thank me later!!

A great family owned business. Kevin and Christine go over and above to accommodate you. They do a great job and care about their clients. I've been going there for over 5 years. I still go there after moving from Jensen to Stuart.

This is the worst place that my 13 year old granddaughter and my daughter has been to. They were rude and charged for something they didn’t ask for. My granddaughter could’ve done a better job. I do not recommend to come her for your nails.

I would not recommend coming here. They were rude, in a hurry and didn’t take time to fix their mistakes. It took less than an hour on acrylic gel nails. I do not recommend.
