Had a car wash on 4-11-24. Something mechanical was wrong with the top brush, something hard was stuck in the brush and put dents in my car. I told them they might want to close the wash till inspection and repair is made. First thing I hear is read the sign enter at your own risk. Sure for normal service, but mechanical failure should be covered by the owner of the car wash. Funny didn’t even get a thank you for letting us know or at the very least a refund. Enter at your own risk! Maria took my name and number, but no call to let me know if anything could be done or give me someone else to call. They never answer the phone at the store then it goes to fax. At this point I recommend no one use this station or car wash due to poor customer service and lack of caring, I know they lost me as well as all the friends I have spoken to. Real sad the way this world is headed!

Paid $14 for extreme car wash, went to the wash and Keypad said "not authorized number. Tried calling store directly when I got home and number is a fax. I'm disabled but will probably have to go there tomorrow to recover my money. Poor service.

Had a frustrating experience at a local 7-Eleven. The staff, including the manager, were unhelpful and dismissive. The hot case had only a few overcooked items. When I asked for fresh tacos, they initially refused. It wasn't until I insisted on buying the poor-quality ones with the intention of requesting a refund, that they reluctantly agreed to prepare fresh ones. This could have been a simple service request, but it turned into an unnecessary ordeal. Disappointing customer service overall.

This has bothered me for quite some time today. I have never felt worse leaving this store today while getting into a verbal altercation. An experience I hope to never have to go through again. I picked out 2 candy bars they ring up wrong she can't override the price so I go get another 2 different Candy bars still rings up wrong. All I was trying to ask was you are ringing up 2 candy bars it is giving me a promotion but not the one the sign says. They were trying to deny it and say they can't override it they will tell the store manager. ALL I was asking is can you please ring up one and try to override it because it's putting a different promotion in right now with 2. All while this is happening this women who already checked out went outside and came back in worked her way from behind me to right next to me shouting out repeatedly "oh they don't have to honor it its not the law have you ever been to best buy". Lady first of all its not best buy and its a candy bar not a laptop. None of them still rang up item singly to try to fix it. I was there i see the screen, i see what they were trying to ring up because they all tried to say they rang it up once which no they did not. I left the store shouting back and forth with this women. Which is something I've never done in my life and im glad my kids were in the car. One thing this women says to egg it on is "what are you going to do hit me".-thank you to the kind customer that bought it for my son after that ordeal. Yeah it's a candy bar and not a big deal but I've never felt so embarrassed and will do my best to take the time to visit a different gas station in town where I won't be assaulted.

Worst gas station around and everyone knows... one day they have no plastic bags, the other, all the items I get are gone ... it's just close but you're better off at wawa or speedway all day to reduce disappointment

It was sun aug 14th 530AM The only woman in front at register told me VERY LOUD AND RUDELY " YOU HAVE BUY WHATEVER IT IS UR GETTING BC I NEED TO CLOSE OUT REGISTER N SWITCH SHIFTS." I observed to see if that was true as I got my gas and customers continued to come in and out of store and she cashed them out. So why werent they rushed to buy what they need? Yes I was standing at store on my phone and I dont have to explain WHY. Im the customer Ill shop when Im good and ready to shop. This nasty retchid woman needs a new job NOT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dont try saying I looked suspicious I had a purse and phone ON ME that youll never afford.

I like this store and come here a lot now. Used to go to 7 11 on Kanner but that store is awful and dirty and everything is broken on Kanner store. This store much better and nicer. Everything work and is clean inside here.

Never had any problems with anyone here, and I can get an iced coffee for half the prices (or less) than a coffee shop and it is just as good. All I need.

5 stars for low gas prices, minus 1 star for not answering the phone and instead having the world's loudest fax tone hooked up to it, minus 2 stars for the beachball-sized pothole in the entrance off of Federal Highway.

This is a really clean 7 eleven. There is a surprisingly large selection of different junk food. This is great if you have been drinking all night and need some snacks. It’s in a nice part of town. I felt really safe going inside and the staff was very helpful. The bathrooms are very clean. Everything was well stocked. They also had a great beer and wine selection.
