Not sure if the rude bald man is the owner or an employee but he is so rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. Stopped here with an Uber from airport pickup. My friend went in to get the liquor. Apparently the Uber stopped in front of store where it was no parking. The owner came out banging on the window and yelling at him to move. Started exchanging curse words. He could have been nice about it and asked the Uber to move or point to where it was ok to park. My friend also said he pressured her for tips on the liquor purchase. Would not return here. Horrible business. It was my first time in Key West and I definitely have learned to not return here. Spend your money elsewhere and support a better business.
UPDATE to the response from the owner:
His employee is a liar. He absolutely did not kindly ask the Uber to move. I was the one in the car so I would know what exactly happened. He immediately yelled at the Uber. My friend who was on the phone even heard and asked me if I was safe. That is how loud the employee was yelling at the Uber. Had he asked nicely the Uber would have been more than happy to move as he didn't know he was blocking a drive through. I didn't even know. The Uber was not aggressive. The employee is lying about that. The employee did threaten to call cops if he didn't move but not because he was aggressive. That employee also did pressure my friend for tips. She said she felt so uncomfortable about it that she tipped $1 just to get out of there.

Local store, actually the only one in the Racoon Key area, but the prices are very high.

Has a good enough selection. Slightly higher priced than the Walgreens and Publix liquors, but has better location to get in and out quickly.
