Pharmacy customer service has declined in past 1-2 years. Know they got a lot of WD customers account; so hire more people, that want to work & can be nice to people, as well as efficient. I never get text that scripts are ready, although have signed up for them. Moved all my reoccurring scripts to Amazon! Drive in window is a joke. Store needs remodeling & pharmacy moved to south corner of store so cars are not blocking exit. Pharmacy is main service of store, & it’s the worst! Move it, so it’s more convenient to customers! ??????

Thank you so much to the wonderful ladies who helped me yesterday. I had been putting off getting my Shingles vaccination but I was brave and got the first of 2 shots. Yes it hurt but I'm sure getting Shingles would be worse. The pharmacist on duty along with the ladies hustling to fill prescriptions all deserve a big raise. ?

Don’t call into the pharmacy. I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes now, they have answered the phone 4 times and before I can udder a single word they put me back on hold without saying anything. I just wanted to know if my scripts have been called in before my doctor’s office closes….

Absolutely horrendous "service". Ive had issues at pharmacies before, but this place is absolutely ridiculous. Straight up liars.

No phone etiquette skills. Short and rude. I have been trying for over a week to get my meds transfered from a now closed pharmacy. Unprofessional pharmacy staff, minus the two people who have been with this location for a very long time.

I have been a Walgreens customer for the past 10 years. The app is very easy to use. I like how I get notifications when a prescription has been picked up.

AWFUL customer service. Blames the customer for not answering unasked questions. Unhelpful bc they surely don't call and let you know they need more info? Just terrible all around. Giving big pharma in small towns a terrible name

Terrible customer service. They answer the phone and don't say anything just automatically put you on hold..asked to have prescription shipped and they never do it

I had a great experience using the pharmacy Nikki at the pharmacy was able to find a way to get the price of my much needed antibiotics prescription half price. If she had not done that I would have not been able to get the meds I needed. Thank you nikki

Pharmacy customer service is at a all time low. I spoke with a new pharmacy employee who in the end refused to give her name. Was trying to do a transfer and get the correct info to do so.
