Don’t call into the pharmacy. I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes now, they have answered the phone 4 times and before I can udder a single word they put me back on hold without saying anything. I just wanted to know if my scripts have been called in before my doctor’s office closes….

No phone etiquette skills. Short and rude. I have been trying for over a week to get my meds transfered from a now closed pharmacy. Unprofessional pharmacy staff, minus the two people who have been with this location for a very long time.

I have been a Walgreens customer for the past 10 years. The app is very easy to use. I like how I get notifications when a prescription has been picked up.

AWFUL customer service. Blames the customer for not answering unasked questions. Unhelpful bc they surely don't call and let you know they need more info? Just terrible all around. Giving big pharma in small towns a terrible name

I had a great experience using the pharmacy Nikki at the pharmacy was able to find a way to get the price of my much needed antibiotics prescription half price. If she had not done that I would have not been able to get the meds I needed. Thank you nikki

Pharmacy customer service is at a all time low. I spoke with a new pharmacy employee who in the end refused to give her name. Was trying to do a transfer and get the correct info to do so.

I am switching from this pharmacy to CVS after being a customer for decades over that of CVS. I suffer from painful skin issues. The doctor called an order in and I was told it was ready. I picked it up thinking that was it. The meds did nothing to help. I suffered very badly for a week 24/7. Went back to the doctor only to discover the meds I picked up wasn't the entire order. The Med prescribed for my skin problems was still at Walgreens. They just simply failed to check and I was in terrible pain for a week. Also, my experience with their phone system has been just ridiculous. I would be prompted to choose different options when all needed was to talk to a human being which was not an option. I was put on hold a number of times and disconnected after waiting more than once. And finally the way they have designed their parking, to me, is just not as easy to get around as all the other pharmacies in town. These 3 reasons has caused me to go elsewhere. I decided to check online the prices between CVS, Walgreens and Amazon. CVS was the most expensive every time. Walgreens came in 2nd and Amazon was always the least expensive. Even beating the Sale prices the pharmacies had. Amazon does not charge sales tax, they deliver to your door and ship free if you spend over $25. I will continue to check prices online.

Pharmacist Kelly and pharmacy staff have been so helpful. They answered the phone quickly and helped me communicate with insurance and Dr offices. When it was an emergency, they didn't leave me in a lurch.I do wish corporate would close the stores on Easter so their employees could be with their families.

We normally love this Walgreens, but we had a bad experience with the cashier on our last visit. Didn't even bother to say hello when we said hi to them, and they played on their phone the entire time. This is horrible customer service.
