We are moving out of state and thought we would need a storage unit. Things happened and we actually didn't. I found out after they closed on Monday. I rented it just before close on Friday. I never even went through the gates of this place and they refuse to give me even half of my money back. Bad for business. They stood to make more money on this unit by prorating it and rerenting it. They switched systems and the lease changed and the manager is saying it's not her fault. Also, they don't allow 26ft trucks through their gates so if you have a big house, it's pointless to use them.

Very clean. Climate controlled area is always the perfect temp. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Super clean, friendly, and helpful. You need to punch in your code to get out of the main gate. UPDATE: they added a simple button to push to get out of the gate!

Was good in the beginning, but with the new management, the prices go up every month it seems, was about 100 bucks, now its 150$. And the workers here have some sort of attitude problem and they like to eavesdrop and spy on your unit when you visit and open your door. They'll ride by to see what's in your unit and if they dont like what they see, you might get a phone call from management. They also dont like you to stay here long. I have been storing my car here for almost 4 years and they would not let me stay to do some repairs or anything. Will be glad to get my stuff out of here soon. Cant get my stuff out of there soon enough.

Making a reservation for storage, and accessing the storage unit is as easy as it can be. The personnel in the office are all fantastic. We reserved a unit only to find out a few weeks later we needed another one. They added our additional storage unit quickly and painlessly. Prices are very competitive as well. Clean and easy access. I highly recommend the Santa Fe Storage location.

When I phoned, no unit of the kind I wanted was available, so I said I'd come in to put my name on a waitlist. When I got to the Gainesville office, I found that the person I had talked to (Wendy) had taken the time to write a note to her relief that I'd be coming in. That person very kindly escorted me around to check out various sized units. I got on the waiting list, & a couple days later a unit came available. Wendy promptly called & later that day I went in to do the signing & make initial payment. That whole process went smoothly. Wendy very courteously & professionally went through all the sign-up and contract steps. It's been a good experience & I credit that mostly to Wendy. Besides being very competent, she's a very easy & pleasant person to be around.
