The practice offers great convenience with same-day appointments, walk-ins, on-site lab services like quick INR testing, and helpful financial services. They accept Medicaid, Medicare, and uninsured patients. Patients report feeling cared for and listened to, with efficient handling of referrals. Many find the experience excellent and awesome, with some traveling far to receive care there.

I was driving to Gainesville despite being closer to Starke - decided to try Palms and very glad I did - they’ve been excellent - just recently had an appointment with Desaray Perkins - also excellent - thanks for your good care👍

One of of not the best medical offices and care I've received over the years. Professional staff, Highly Skilled Clinical, Office and Mostly important the Physician, ARNP, PA's are concerned and on top of every issue their patients have.
