My sales lady, Kensley, was working with me very well. She listened to what I wanted and needed in a truck & she was very helpful. When she went to talk to her sales manager, Kaden, he ruined my entire experience. He didn't care about what I wanted or needed. He wanted to tell me what I needed to get & insisted that I get my wife to come there so we could make the deal. Everyone isn't on his schedule & can't drop everything to rush to the dealership because he says to. I really didn't like the truck he wanted to talk me into & I definately didn't like the price he came up with or the payment terms or his high-pressure sales tactics. After I left the dealership without buying anything, I decided I wouldn't be going back there again, thanks to Kaden.

I have had two issues with my 23 Bronco, one pretty major and the staff at Murray Ford handled each one in a very timely professional manner. My service advisor Cary, was very attentive to my concerns and questions and kept me updated on the progress of the work. I will be sending a letter to the GM shortly. Thank you to the mechanics as well who did an outstanding job correcting my issue.

I used the mobile oil change service and it was fantastic! Service tech arrived on time at my home - serviced my truck and was finished within 30 minutes. The service coordinator who answered my questions and scheduled the service was very friendly and responsive. Will definitely use again and tell my friends!
