The person on the phone was friendly and they arranged for someone to come out promptly (within 30 minutes). Kyle was friendly and efficient when he arrived. I felt like we were in good hands. I would give the service element 5 stars. It was $125 flat rate plus a fee per mile. There is also a fee for using a credit card.

These guys got me towed from Starke to Yulee on a Saturday night when AAA left me stranded and were unable to find me a tow truck. They were very nice and professional, took great care of my car for loading and unloading. The cab of the truck was very clean and comfortable.
