Great customer service, very friendly and detailed in my vehicle repairs and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I had struts and alignment done. In the past I have had tires put on and they were just as great!! 😃

These guys were a breath of fresh air while I battle the bad luck im having this week. Walked out the vet office to see i had a flat tire and they were able to see me as a walk in and got me and my angry cat back on the road within an hour despite how busy they got. I really appreciate this place. Thank you guys so much 💜

Pretty quick, prices were average with other area shops. Issue with the luggage bolts, had to go get 2 new ones, came back, kid couldn't get them in, told me they were the wrong size, went back to auto parts store, only make on size for my car, went back to Joe's, guy at the desk put them in , no issue. All good.

I’ve been buying tires for over 40 years, and my experience with Mark and his team at the Stark store has been nothing short of incredible.
I bought my work truck from a dealer who trucked it down from Ohio, and like most vehicles from up north, the salt had pretty much welded many parts in place. I purchased larger wheels off Facebook and tires from Joe's Tires to help with traction to handle heavy trailer loads going to the dump. The truck needed to be raised in the front and I brought in my own leveling kit that I’d purchased online. They quoted me a fair price for the install, and I came back later thinking they’d be wrapping up — only to hear an air hammer going. My first thought was, “That’s got to be my truck!”
What was supposed to be a simple job turned into a much bigger challenge, but they didn’t let that slow them down. Despite the extra work, they stuck to the original quote. They even mentioned they thought the truck sat a little too low in the back and I'd probably look like a 16 year old driver from North Carolina driving if I left it there. It was put at this level so that nothing was needed to be trimmed for clearance, and they were right.
A couple of weeks later, I realized the truck wasn’t pulling the trailer the way I wanted and it was squatted when towing and a bit squirrelly. I brought it back, and even with three people calling in sick that day, Mark and the team jumped right in. They lowered the truck, realigned it, and didn’t charge me a dime.
From now on, whether it’s for my truck, trailer, or even lawn mower tires, Joe’s Tire will have my business.

Do not use this place if you value your life. We will never use Joe's tires again after multiple times of lug nuts coming off after using them. Are yall trying to kill people? Found 2 nuts in the rim this morning, the rest were barely hand tight. How do you call yourself professionals?

I wanted to give a shout out to Isaiah and Mark for taking great care of me and my truck. I would definitely recommend Joe’s tires for anybody that is looking to get new tires and wheels to even lifts.
