Paula was patient with me as we took a second look at my taxes this year. She is very knowledgeable and I will continue to schedule all my tax appointments with her! Very professional even when under pressure. Also took the time to confirm with management when having a question with regards to carryover taxes. I’d give her 10 stars if the system would allow! I went to the HR Block in St Augustine on Ponce de Leon rd. Terrible service no follow through to email or my phone calls. I would not use them. Pay more and go to an accountant to have my taxes done.

If you can get your taxes done elsewhere do it! No one knows what they’re doing and Cindy at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. I have learned my lesson and will be filing online next year. It’s more stress than what it’s worth.

Do not go here unless u want ur time waisted. Been to this place 3 separate occasions an never been helpful or did my taxes. Pushed me out the door an still didnt get what I needed. Its always an excuse with the ppl inside ?! That dont want to help an dont want to do anything but ser in there an get ther paycheck.....
