“What a great gym! I showed up for the five thirty pm Cardio/Strength training class on Tuesday with Amazing Coach Jennifer, And I'm so glad I did. She gave me advice on what to eat before training, she kept me working and took me to failure on the last workout. I was burning calories all the way home.
