This man is on drugs do not give him your business.Arrived at 1130, asked him to remove a hard drive from a laptop (screen broken) so I could retrieve files, I was told to come back at at 2pm. So I did, computer exactly where I left it, and Thomas slow to respond and dilated pupils and strange folks equally strung out also at his residence.Just a warning if he asks for a deposit, do not give him one. Sad because you can tell from the reviews (years ago) he was a decent tech - now he is committing fraud, asking for money, and performing no work.

Fast reliable same day service and reasonably priced. I’ll use them for all my computer needs. I am well pleased. I was wrong. It’s not fast reliable service. He was suppose to reinstall windows. On February 14, 2024 I picked up my computer and brought it home and plugged it in and it would not even turn on. Took it back on February 14, 2024 and haven’t heard from him since. He won’t answer the phone or text messages or call me back. He still has my computer and I can’t get him to even talk to me. It’s been over a weekSince you will not respond to my phone calls or call me back or answer my texts about fixing or returning my computer I will take you to court.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH.We took a laptop with a malfunctioning screen to him. We left a $100 deposit with him, and gave him an easy deadline to work with as we rely on this computer for small business needs. He failed to meet the deadline, and when we picked it up, the screen was cracked in two locations and the screen is now a spiderweb. He claims to have never seen said cracks. We are now working to get our deposit back and also repaid for a screen that was not broken to him when we took it there.Absolutely a terrible business and con artist. Save your money and take your IT needs elsewhere.

Terrible service, this man scammed me of $160 dollars. Our first initial appointment I was quoted $200 total with a $100 cash deposit. Being that I just relocated and was struggling financially I thought it was a win win. Thomas portrayed himself as an honest and genuine man. After having my computer for about a week I receive a call from Thomas, stating he “ordered the wrong part and needed an additional $60 ( which would come out of the total $200 ) not questioning him I pay him AGAIN. A few weeks go by and I’ve yet to hear anything from Thomas in regard to my laptop and the status of it. After the one month mark I call him all I received was voicemail after voicemail. Finally I decided to take a drive down there to speak with him, in a hurry he hands me my laptop and slams the door in my face. To no surprise my laptop was in the EXACT same condition I had dropped it off in.. When asked about my laptop Thomas couldn’t provide me with ANY information, the parts he supposedly ordered, why the laptop was just collecting dust on his shelves. Nothing, when I had asked for my money back he became erratic and told me he has no money whatsoever. He “verbally” agreed to pay me by 10/16/23. And refused to put it in writing. This man is a PHONY and took full advantage of me knowing my situation and that the laptop was the only way I could do my homework.. if possible to give zero stars I would. Do not trust this man with any computer services. Upon reading the reviews the owner will deny doing service with anyone. However I have copys of recipes ans video proof Of every interaction I’ve had with this man. Even a video of him being extremely inappropriate with me and discussing my appearance and talking about how beautiful I had looked. Do not trust this man!The owner is calling me a liar even though I have VIDEO PROOF and a POLICE REPORT. I was not offered a refund. Im still waiting for “ said refund “

I called several computer repair shops in the area.Computer repair of Starke was the ONLY business that accepted same day drop off and repair for a minor Windows glitch.The repair price was very reasonable and my computer was ready the same day!Outstanding customer service and computer repair knowledge.My computer went from the speed of a Volkswagen to a Corvette!

My cousin recommended this place when my desktop started messing up. Turns out that it was that my power supply was failing and they were able to get a new one ordered & installed in just a few days. Definitely will go back here if the need arises again.

They repaired my laptop from viruses my son got it infected with and they got my laptop back to me the same day I took it to them. I appreciate the fast service and have not had anymore popups since they fixed it. Thank you.

These people are crooks, thieves. They will take your money for a deposit , then they want more money to purchase the part and on top of that they want you to purchase their gas to pick up the part for repair. They took my money and told my son it worked beautifully, it was not repaired . They will lie to you , take your money, want answer the phone nor the door at their business. Stay away from them!
