“We are so lucky these guys are there! We were passing through town on a road trip and the starter on our car died when we stopped for lunch. Fortunately, a knowledgeable local helped us out. (That is an understatement also, the guy is a saint. Thanks again Eric!). After exploring a couple options, he ended up towing us to this shop. We had just missed the cut off for them to order a starter and install it that day, but there offered to install it if we could get ahold of one. Our helpful local made it happen without even asking for the money up front. It was later in the day when we got it to the shop and it felt like our situation had all the makings to be taken advantage of and over charged. (No one there made us feel that way, that scenario has just been in too many movies!). It was the exact opposite. They installed the starter even though it meant staying after hours, at no additional charge. They charged a fair rate, and pointed out a couple issues that would need addressing when we got home. They never pressed us to leave the car and let them take care of it, as they were not urgent, but also wanted us to be aware. The people of Starke, FL are lucky to have this shop around! They would be my go to shop if I lived there. Thanks again AG shop!”

“Marty was great! Told me what day to bring the car in, he looked at it as soon as we got there and diagnosed the issue before we left in just a matter of minutes. Next day it had a new alternator and battery and it's run like a champ ever since even though the car's 30 years old. It was a pleasure dealing with him, I see why he has so many great reviews! “Ms. Marley is absolutely wonderful. We got a 'tire pressure low' signal on our way to Tampa (after having the tires checked 4 days ago at Honda) and saw that this shop is open so we popped in. She checked the tires and they were all ok and told us we're good to go, the other repair shop may have broke the sensor but the tires are ok. The whole thing took less than 10 mins and we didn't have an appt.”
“Doc and his crew were awesome! We broke down in the Winn Dixie parking lot, in Starke Florida, up the street from Doc with a blown spark plug, trying to make our way back north!! We had already been stranded over 2 hours waiting on a mechanic that never showed!! Doc is the only one that said he could help and luckily he was only 5 minutes away! He walked my husband through what to unplug and such, to make it to his shop!! When we got there, he walked us through, step by step, what he was gonna do and how he was gonna do it! Doc and his crew were very knowledgeable and reasonable and he got us in and out in a few hours, only took that long because the motor had to cool off prior to them doing any work on it!! It runs better now than before, all because of 1 pesky little spark plug!! Thank you Doc and crew, didn’t catch the other guys name, for working on our Expedition and getting us back on the road!!
