Apparently, they don't honor the pricing on the internet. So this is my last purchase from ace hardware. It was a 14.00 cable that cost me 25.00. If I hadn't been already at the register and hadn't scheduled my whole trip around this one thing, I would have walked out. Enjoy the 11.00 it's the last ill spend with you

Never once did we have to go look for an associate. They walked directly up to us several times to ensure that we were finding what we needed.

Do not, I repeat, do not buy a knife at this store. Also your phone number is not linked to your purchases for this store no matter how many times they type it in or say your name. I have bought two knives at this location. Both broke in less than a month and I'm talking about cutting like I don't know a shirt sleeve. Then they told me to get with the maker of the knife for warranty when the knife failed to close forcing me to bring the knife around open and try. Then so mad that I spent over 100 dollars on knives I will buy from a crackhead over this store.....

I would put negative stars if possible. Stealing frauds!! Buyer beware!! I can't stress this enough. I brought my 30lb propane tank to be refilled after calling and asking how much they charge per gallon. The lady said $3.99 a pound. The most you can put in this tank is 7.1 gallons (if you don't believe me, look it up). Somehow I got charged for 8.5 gallons. I know it only $6, but theft is theft.
