My truck was making a clunk noise in the front. I spoke to my brother (mechanic back home in Michigan) who said either ball joints or sway bar links etc.
Took it to Wrench Masters and it was exactly that. Great communication, let me know my battery should be replaced but did not high pressure push it on me. Will absolutely do all my auto repairs through them. Iv already recommenced them to 4 of my coworkers.
Thanks for not treating me like “just another transaction”. Obviously you’re a business and are in business to make money but I was treated respectfully and not like I was stupid or talked down upon.

From the moment I walked in, this place was different than any I have ever encountered. It was clean, friendly, and every member of the team was going above and beyond to offer to help get the job done efficiently...plus extra TLC I didn't even know the car needed. I've never emerged from an automotive shop feeling better than when I walked in, especially when faced with a significant repair, but WrecnhMasters does just that. Highly recommend.

Brought my truck in because my oil pressure was tanking. Wrench masters changed the oil pump and the issue didn’t go away. They had me bring the truck back in to change the oil pressure gauge, however they didn’t remove and replace the small filter for the oil pressure gauge, so I had to bring it back in again for them to fix. When I called back to let them know I was still having issues, the kid who answers the phones was extremely
Condescending, talked to me like I was an idiot, when they were the ones who couldn’t fix a simple issue. Then they told me I would have to get a new engine. I decided then and there I wasn’t going back, I had to replace the gauge AGAIN about a month later, did it myself this time and made sure to change the filter as well, it was so gummed up you could tell that wrench masters didn’t take the time to fish this filter out and replace. Instead they were trying to upsell me on a new motor. Once I did the work myself. My truck ran perfect. Don’t waste your time with these hacks, they overcharge and don’t fully fix the issues. I haven’t been back in a couple years, I decided to finally write a review because I’ve had other friends tell me they’ve had similar awful experiences with this shop and I’m hoping this helps others avoid wasting their time here.

I have found my new home mechanic at Wrench Masters! Had a not so great experience at my dealership, and I am so grateful a coworker told me about this team. Everyone is super nice, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me so I understood the how and why. I highly recommend Wrench Masters and will definitely be back, but hopefully not very soon ;)

I’ve only ever talked to John and Garret before but they are absolutely phenomenal people. I haven’t gotten my car back yet that’s how much I appreciate those two guys. I’m sure the technicians are also amazing guys I’ve just never had the pleasure of meeting them. the shop is clearly professional, one of the nicest car shops I’ve ever been to. I was worried about pricing at first. I knew there was a decent amount of problems with my Sti because of my lack of maintenance. Garret had read me a laundry list of problems that I was already aware of for the most part I just didn’t know for sure. It was reassuring to hear them confirm the problems with the cars. I was expecting to hear 2-3k from the list he read me and was surprisingly shocked with merely a 1000 dollar bill even. I had to ask twice like “that’s it?” It’s just been one good thing after another with this shop and even tho I don’t have my car back I’m not even worried for a second that it won’t be done perfectly.

I have taken my lifted truck to John and the crew at Wrench Masters for a number of years now but the quality of service of my past few visits have left me seeking another shop for service. I took my truck to them last year for a very expensive alignment and tire rotation. I came back 3 months later because I noticed the fronts were wearing in an abnormal pattern. I pointed this out to them when I dropped it off. John charged me full price for the second alignment and tire rotation which wasn’t right the first time. I asked John why it would wear like that in such a short period of time if they did a good alignment the first time and he said my rear end was out of alignment. He was also very short with me and didn't have any problem charging me full price for the second alignment. I would suggest looking elsewhere to service your lifted truck these guys only work on small Subarus.

Needing car repairs is never fun, but it's better at Wrench Masters. I had my car towed there Thursday, and got it back on Monday. Throughout the process, Wrench Masters' team kept me in the loop about what was wrong with my car, what's needed to fix it, and set realistic expectations on turn around. It's everything I could have asked for. I'm happy to say that my car is running better now than it ever had! Thank you for your honest, transparent approach to auto repairs. 10/10 will be recommending to everyone.

Just had John and the guys look my 09 Impreza Outback Sport over and do an oil change. Would totally recommend them to anyone. Great team and very thorough.
