Casey you need to train or probably get ride of this guy. Just left and the guy working cashier at 7:06 pm on Saturday 3/16, horrible attitude. Usually everyone there so nice but this guy horrible attitude. Too busy looking at the female customers as they walk away smh

No ⭐ s for your cashier, she's short & young and I think her name is Rebecca. Very nasty attitude, loud & disrespectful. U can tell she doesn't have any home training or customer service skills. If this is the representation of this location u should change the name & call it "Rebecca's Southside Corner store" because that's the image she's projecting . Pretty soon this location is going to be just like 62nd & 19n with gun violence, transit ppl in the parking lot & a security guard. Just because the sheriff is around is a false sense of hope. Their around 62nd & 2 different shooting happened there.This is a convenient store not a trailer park. This store is new & it already looks dirty, I'll just continue to go to Roosevelt & 86th Ave n, their the best locations their staff is super friendly, personable & helpful. Rebecca makes this store look & feel like trash. I hope corporate reads this review because management is not managing

Here at 5:30am to get me a decafe coffee and there is none and doesn't seem like there will be any made while two staff members stand around in the public arena where the coffee is mildly conversing and laughing no care in the world... how nice. A caucasian girl and a Melanin girl staff... wawa do better

Super skimpy on the meat and cheese on these hoagies now. Even my side of pickles were like 5 pickles in a huge container. As a long term customer of Wawa. I was really looking forward to the experience but it just wasn't there. maybe it's this location. I will try another next time. Because I'm literally still hungry from a classic Italian

They'll acknowledge your existence knowing you're there to pick up an order. You'll be looking at the order ready but not on the rack. Then when you ask the person doing nothing if you can get the order they'll tell you to go back to where it was and "wait patiently" then after 5 minutes that person will then go tell another person to give you the drinks

Made online order missing stuff. not even a problem because this was the best darn roast beef club sandwich I've ever had. and no one else noticed stuff was missing because they were digging into their sandwiches too. Great Job Sandwich People at WaWa's!!!!!

I got the Pizza I was disappointed because it came out burnt 2 times. ended up getting Papa Johns and giving the Wawa pizza to the homeless encampment outside.

Usually all wawas are 5 stars but this particular location. Rebecca may be one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. This wasn’t the first time so I believe management should discuss how to act towards customers with her. I’m sure she is an active employee but she is absolutely rude and disrespectful and as I said before had this been the first I may have let it go but she’s been short and nasty before. Today she decided to put a garbage can infront of the beverage station and tell me I was in there spot. I’m disgusted she went out of her way to do this to degrade me and I’m in shock.
