Long line at the guard house every time. Even when I have all my info, it takes them 3 minutes. Sometimes I don’t get through for 15min because of the car line!

Most beautiful views of Tampa Bay! However, bayfront pool is the favorite gathering place for cigar smokers ... unbearable, nauseating smell that permeates the whole area. Why doesn't the board make the community areas safe for everyone?

I regret that I find this my only avenue to make my voice heard. I thought our board and committees were formed to represent the owners, to hear our voices and concerns. I have found over the last 3 years that is not the case. Most recently I learned that the dog park under the direction of the landscape committee is being renovated. I do hope it will be better and I do understand the need for closing it to make that happen. What I don’t get is why the owners were not ma

Having lived in this community for almost four years I regretfully find it necessary to write this negative review regarding an HOA board which has continued to project an attitude of disrespect. If you are considering the purchase of a unit here it would be wise to consider the happiness and satisfaction of the residents currently here. We moved here hoping for tranquility and enjoyment of a property where maintenance issues would be covered and we could enjoy boating in our retirement. At every turn and for every issue we have had to fight to get things done and to date are still waiting for things to be handled in a timely manner...from the simplest of items that should be handled without having to be asked...such as regular maintenance to major projects that have been mishandled such as balcony and patio reconstruction and dog park renovation we have been dissatisfied and treated with an attitude of we’ll do what we are going to when we want to. It is extremely frustrating and not what we had hoped for.

A hidden gem in southeast St Petersburg on Coquina Key, an island, connected to the mainland by two bridges. Buildings are woodframe and have many smaller units, but most have fabulous water views and the waterfront clubhouse with pool is fantastic. There is kayak storage, tennis, two pools and even an upstairs bar for residents with sweeping bay views. Well managed, gated community in easy distance from downtown St Pete and the beaches.

Very beautiful area and scenery when I checked this place out. If I get the opportunity I would definitely love to live here! Added bonus the security officers are exceptional at their duties!
