Older gentleman is stuck right now 11/29 at 548pm because handle broke off washer. Can't get a hold of them by phone. Hope someone sees this and comes to assist.

I have been here for one hour and one of the washers has been on spin continuously. I've been patient, but this is ridiculous, and I just want my clothes out of this machine. I have never had an issue like this before.I've attempted to call the number that is listed on Google, but am sent directly to voicemail. Recent reviews show a decrease in quality at this location, and it shows.There is no signage in-house of who to contact with issues.**Updated**: Someone came up to adjust the machine about 10m/15m after posting review. I have adjusted the rating to reflect this. I am thankful to the gentleman that was able to assist, and just wanted my items out of the machine so do not intend to follow-up further.

Does anyone know how to contact the owners?? I do my laundry here frequently and never had an issue till today... Washing machine is pouring water all over the floor!! I called the number listed on Google and left a message!

Edit....I decided to go back and give it one more shot, way better then last time. The air conditioning is on.
Really miss the size of this laundromat, miss the regular washers as well.

As a business owner I don’t have enough time in the day to also worry about laundry.
The owners of wash and go and so kind and professional and always willing to accommodate to any specific requests I have regarding which detergent to use for my son with allergies to specific soap brands. 100% recommend

The dryers suck the doors don't stay closed and the washers stink change machine is always out wish they kept up the place has good potential

Nice location and clean However ac is not on at 7:30 am as well as 11:00 am. Bring your own change coin machine does not work

post spliting the laundry mat in half. its bad, i really liked it before even thou it was super busy at times, but now. I dont go there anymore. in the name of progress i suppose. last few times i was there, someone or should i say most everyone complained about thier experience there
