I've met the owner and he's is very personable and I was very pleased with my overall experience. I had a few linens and more of my sensitive fabrics done, and they were returned exactly how my clients & I prefer.

New owner and his team are easy to work with and they are reasonably priced for the area. The place looks a bit dated but the clothes come out nice and fresh. They do both commercial and residential wash, dry and fold with pickup and delivery if you wish.

Was the most inconvenient and frustrating experience first of all their prices are DOUBLE then other laundry Matts(I had to go to one close to grab some quarters and thought to check) the maxi load is 28 quarters vs the other laundry matt 0.3 miles away is 14 , there is 0 type of coin dispenser 2nd half the washer AND dryers don’t work (and btw there only 7 of each ) hot as the actual hell , very unclean, and hope they go out of business..

This was the worst laundromat experience of my life. Most of the machines were broken and those that weren't the staff had occupied with clothes being done already while they sat around in their phones. I was able to wash one load and could not dry. Had to leave to find another laundromat.

Terrible very dirty inside, machines barely use any water to wash and rinse the clothes. Change machine is broken. Dryer didn't even heat up. Don't waste your time or money.

Half the machines don't work including the large ones. We fit our clothes in a smaller washer with room to spare but the clothes came out dry after a full cycle. The attendants told me I put too much in but it's the same amount we put in washers at other laundromats and never had an issue. They refunded my money but told me to divide it between two washers but refused to give me money to cover the two washers even though it's their fault the washers don't do what they're supposed to. Paying $9 just to wash clothes is beyond what I can afford. The place also looked like it was on its last legs and the pictures are false. Never again.

After losing money in one machine I moved my clothes to another. The first wash cycle didn't apply water. I put money into one of the dryers and it wouldn't spin. Apparently you have to reach in and jump start the drum by hand. Oh, and the change machine, don't put money in it. Your cash will fall into a collection bin for them to keep. The place is a dump. Go anywhere but this $hithole.

I have been looking for a legit laundromat in the area and they are all bad. If anyone has any recommendations please help.How am I to do coin laundry and the change machine is out of commission and the majority of the machines are out of service?The entire world should become nudist to make laundry extinct.

Most of the machines were out of order, and look like they have been for some time. Went to wash some bedding, but the two larger washers were both out of order.

So life got pretty hectic and my family's laundry began to pile up... Before I knew it, I had ZERO time to accomplish as much laundry as we had, and I've never used a door to door laundry service before, but when I googled it, I found Wash and Roll! Called them up, spoke to someone friendly who informed me about their service, they arrived on time to pick up my large bags, the price was very fair for all that we had. And the best part is, I didn't get to miss a single beat in my busy life while they made sure to handle our clothes with care! I will definitely be calling them again in the future.. Thanks for the excellent service!

Cannot warn you enough - DO NOT use their laundry service. Dropped items off on Monday to be laundered and was told they would be ready on Wednesday. Went to pick up on Wednesday morning and found a sign posted that said “Back at 12:00”. Went back twice after 12:00, and no one was there. Called numerous times Wednesday afternoon and evening with no answer. Called again this morning with no answer. Drove there and finally there was a woman there, who spoke absolutely no English, nor did she understand it. Explains why we received no answer when calling.

I dropped my laundry off at this laundry and dry cleaner on Monday the 28th.. I was told to pick up the close today Wednesday the 30th after 11 o'clock. I came at approximately 1130 and there was a closed sign on the back office. I waited until 1230 and no one showed up. I returned at 1:45 and the office was still closed. There was a couple there doing their laundry. They told me there usually isn’t anyone there. The employees only come in occasionally throughout the day.I have called the main number multiple times and no one answers. I called and texted the number that is on the wall for people to text when there are machine problems. There is no answer and none replies to my texts.If anyone knows how to get a hold of the management or owners I would appreciate it.

Would love if there was a way to get ahold of someone to shut this washer off so I can retrieve my clothes from it. Been almost 24 hours and my clothes are still locked in this washer stuck on the wash cycle... If my comforters aren't ruined I'll change my review. But till then.. send help!
