Pharmacy hours are not correctly posted. They close at 8 pm. Unfortunately for me, I have to wait until tomorrow to pick up my prescription - before I chose to pay $29 for an online consult; I checked hours for this pharmacy - they post 9-9PM online and their phone recording states open until 9PM, so I chose them to have prescription sent to this pharmacy - only to be told after that they are closed. And the closest Walgreens pharmacy that’s 24hrs is 25 miles away. True disappointment for this out-of-town worker. What a disappointment.

Wonderful pharmacy. I cannot say enough good things. Ernie and Yesh went the extra mile to make sure everything was right after I had a new doctor write prescriptions wrong. They are always friendly. Great service :)

I had a prescription that I was told would be ready no later than 10 a.m. At 4 p.m. I went to this pharmacy to get my prescription and was told that it wasn't ready so I left. They told me to come back in a little while so I went back 3 hours later at 7 p.m. and after waiting in line for 10 minutes while customers in the drive-thru got their prescriptions, I was told that it was never filled in the first place and to come back A THIRD TIME. Do NOT go to this pharmacy unless you want to basically be slapped in the face and have hours of your life wasted. Shame on them!!

Due to living near this location, I am a frequent visitor. Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience recently with the older lady that consistently works there as she was bluntly rude, dismissive, and lacked problem solving skills. Due to being from out of state, but going to school in Florida, I have an out of state license with a Florida address (as I have a permanent Florida address, but am a resident of another state) that I presented to her in order to deposit cash into my SoFi bank account. She was immediately confused by the license, which is understandable as it is uncommon for this situation. While being confused is acceptable, being completely rude and treating me as if I was a criminal attempting to unlawfully deposit money onto my account is unacceptable. She had to call the manager over (once again, completely fine) and rudely talked about me to him, while I'm standing right there, and would ignore me as I attempted to explain why my license looks that way and kept saying rude comments to me. The manager ended up accepting the transaction and stated "welp, guess it'll be me that gets fired for this" as I am once again, just standing right there. Unfortunate when employees treat a repeat customer this way. I will be trying to avoid this store as much as possible

This is a review of the pharmacy and staff, not the store itself. I enjoyed having my prescriptions filled here as it was conveniently located close to my residence. For the majority of the time, everything was automated so I would receive a text/email whenever my prescription was ready, and then I would simply go through the drive-through and pick it up. I recently changed insurance providers and therefore had to update that new information. I proceeded to contact one of the pharmacy staff members and gave her my new insurance information. She advised that there was something wrong with the new insurance and what they would cover. She advised me that she would need to work on this and then get back to me. Well, she never got back to me. Just left me hanging. Absolutely horrible customer service from a pharmacy and not what I would expect at all from a Walgreens pharmacy. It left me so disappointed that I will not be returning here ever again. I'm transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy altogether.

Keanna, Joshua, and Christine were absolute life savers tonight!! I came passed the time of closing and wonderful Keanna opened the door seeing my desperation. My toilet was overflowing and I didn’t have a plunger and she allowed me in (after getting the appropriate approval) to purchase one. Thank you, forever loyal to this Walgreens!

Yeah, I know the whole COVID thing, but if I end up with COVID, IT's their fault! 1st, they signed me up for a flu shot after I told them I Didn't have my Insurance cards. They said that there would be no problems. Obviously there was a problem. When I went back to get my flu shot Medicare and Medicaid would not cover it because it said I already had it. This is because Walgreens put my information in. And if that wasn't bad enough I had to wait in store 20 minutes. They said they would call. They never did! Their customer service is awful even for a pandemic. While I was waiting the only cashier was laughing and carrying on with a customer while bunch of us waited 10+ mins after. I called the manager of the store and he said he would call me back. He said he'd call back. I'm not holding out hope.

I am of the opinion that if this Walgreens Pharmacy ( not the retail store) tried to be any worse than they are at customer satisfaction it would be in all likelihood impossible. I went to that pharmacy for 13 years and during the last 2 or 3 years it consistently went downhill in every possible way. The former doctor of pharmacology Dr. J. Adams was the person that held that pharmacy together and kept it from imploding due to the corporate paradigm of who gives a heck about the people who shop at our stores. Even with that corporate model Dr. Adams rose above all the politics and ran her pharmacy as though it was her own. She would do nearly anything in her power to ensure a patient had their medication in a timely manner and that we didn't ever run out. As one can probably discern by my verbiage thus far Dr. Adams after nearly 20 years felt it was no longer possible for her to continue her career and tendered her resignation. It was seemingly sudden but I only was in there once a month. Upon Dr. Adams departure the pharmacy had floating pharmacists who were due to the nature of their job knew ZERO about their customers and for example I have extreme hypertension and on occasion it goes far too high. I asked a pharmacist if I citified have an emergency partial full of a non-controlled medicine. Without even looking at me she turned around and went to the drive thru window and yelled to the staff IVE GOT A CAR AT THE DRIVE THRU. As she headed back to her pill counting station she screeched NO YOU CANNIT SIR. Epically Hate Filled and it only got worse. I gave that pharmacy three months to get their act together and they didn't. They did I think hire a full time pill counter and she was worse than all of them. I now go to Publix Pharmacy and the difference is astounding. The Publix Pharmacy Team is second to nine. But that's for Publix own review Lastly, if at all possible stay as far away from Walgreens Pharmacy as possible.

Love the pharmacy staff. Especially the tall ginger-she's so nice and helpful. She totally cheered me up just by her smile and genuine conversation. 5/5 for the pharmacy. The store staff rarely speaks and items ring incorrect at register compared to signed price on floor. I live around the corner so I'm in 4-5 x per week. Store is always clean.

Does anyone else think the guy in the liquor store is terrible? He is rude, condescending and not helpful. I've never seen someone seem less interested in being somewhere. Our options are fairly limited in this area. Gateway liquors is the only place I will stop and shop NJ is always helpful and fun to talk with when shopping.

this is a review for the pharmacy: i was in town for a few days for a conference, and my old pharmacy in st petes was giving me a hard time about filling it (and quite frankly alot of attitude) so when i tried to transfer it over here to pick up during my stay, i was met with amazing efficiency and a great friendly attitude! absolutely LOVED the pharmacist and the staff that answered the phones / helped me out when i got there. Thank you pharmacy for such a great experience!
