Prince is the BEST!! We had a tricky switch over from an iPhone to Android and Android to iPhone separately and two additional upgrades and even though we were there for 3 hours he was so patient and made sure all of our upgrades were seamless. He saved us over a THOUSAND dollars and pointed out where and when we were paying too much money (subscriptions and plans both) and switched us to a more affordable plan. He was also super understanding when my previous phone was taking a lifetime to back up all my photos and was really entertaining even in the dull moments. Thank you, Verizon!

I have always liked this Verizon store. Great staff! Great service! Today I had an experience that was even better than usual! My phone had gone into SOS mode a few times over the last 2 weeks but a restart usually took care of the problem. Last night, it happened again but nothing would correct it; after 4 hours, it started working again. I intended to go to the Verizon store after work. I was consulting with another doctor at the end of the day, when it happened again. I lost the call. I arrived at the Verizon store, walked in and was told, very politely, that the store was closed. They were finishing up with the last 2 customers. I walked back out and as the young man, Kevon, was closing the door, I asked him what time they opened. My phone was in SOS mode. He stopped. Asked me if my phone was in SOS mode right now and I said yes. He opened the door and asked me to come back inside. He finished with his customer and 35 minutes after closing time, he addressed my issue. I told him I had other things I needed to address but I could come back for those. Not only did he take care of my malfunctioning phone, he then asked me what my other concerns were and addressed them. During the entire time, he had a genial disposition and helped his co-worker who was experiencing technical issues with her customer. When he had addressed all my concerns, urgent and non-urgent, I thanked him again for staying late and taking care of me! He smiled, and said "I couldn't let you leave with a phone in SOS mode! What if you had an emergency!" That's a beautiful quality in a human being that we don't see everyday! Kevon embodies the meaning of customer service AND of a caring human being! Not only is Verizon lucky to have Kevon on their team, the world is a little better with every Kevon out there and I personally finished my day on a high note with a smile on my face. Kindness is so heartwarming!

I wish I could leave this location more than 5 stars. I was greeted immediately when I entered, and didn't wait more than 60 seconds before Mark, the new manager of this location, walked over to begin assisting me. We tried a few options before coming to the final decision of a new device, but he went above and beyond to work through cost free options with me first - and I find that commendable. I will only use this Verizon location for any needs in the area moving forward. Great staff & great help. 12/10 recommend to anyone needing provider help in this area!!!!

Love that yall be selling screen protectors and accessories to customers and then won’t put them on and send them to another carrier to get them put on after yall get the commission for it!

This store has the rudest customer service representative whom refused my sale because he felt the need to degrade me,a single mother, in front of my children for my car overheating and called the police on me for not heading his expert mechanical opinion with not even an opportunity for me to call a tow truck, all for parking in front of the store I was going to patron by buying my son a graduation gift of a new iPhone, but was denied because he felt I should spend my money on the car and I was trespassing on private property. So my car overheating out of the blue on family outing was a criminal act. EPIC FAIL VERIZON! from a long time customer. I will be cancelling my plan with 6 lines.

This store... this stupid store created a "pending order" on my account while dealing with a SIM issue, and now I've done 2 trips to my home store trying to activate a device with no luck. What a ridiculous situation to be in. Avoid this store at all costs.

DO NOT SHOP HERE....they blatantly lied about what I was getting and the cost involved. Went to trade in my phone that was due for an upgrade. They told me they were giving me a Mother's Day special and getting a Gallaxy tablet and watch FOR FREE and my monthly bill will only go up $5.00. My bill went from $120 to $198. I am actually paying for both the watch and tablet and paying for an additional line for both. When I went back to address this, all I got was, "Well the promotion was probably keyed in incorrectly, but nothing we can do now, sorry. ".. and just FYI it was the store manager that made this sale. Additionally, without even asking me, he began pulling accessories off the shelf and putting on the most expensive phone cover and glass protector etc, all to the tune of $300+. I am an 70 year old woman and it is just shameful how they go about ripping people off.

Not trying to get the employee in trouble, but there was only one employee that I could see there it’s 40 minutes from closing time I walk in the store and they’re helping a customer. I stood there for a few minutes, and they never even said hello. Lastly, there was barely any phone cases to choose from for Apple phones- was not impressed. Could’ve at least said hello or asked me when I was looking for and just told me where to find it. From a customers perspective how do I know if they’re setting up a phone if they’re going to be 30 minutes or whatever am I supposed to just sit there and assume I don’t know? ?♀️ communication is key…It is a phone store after all …

Good store. Not a long wait and the staff, especially our salesman, was knowledgeable and friendly. Spent as much time with us as we needed. Highly recommended.

My phone kept saying I didn't have a SIM card and calling Verizon did nothing to help. Went to this store and Daniel had everything fixed in a few minutes. Very knowledgeable and helpful!
