I traded my phone under a deal to switch carriers and trade in my iphone for $800 credit and get the newest iPhone they had at the time. Traded in my phone and never received credit. Went into the store MANY times to resolve the issues and they said they couldn’t help me since my sales person didn’t work there. Have emailed the store manager multiple times NO RESPONSE and verizon csr doesn’t know what promotion I’m talking about. I’m switching carriers again once I pay off the phone I’m supposed to not be paying for.

This was the easiest phone replacement I’ve ever had. I went in to upgrade my phone and I also got assistance managing my plan. Brendan and Cisco were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely will be back in the future.

My husband, myself, and my son went to get the newest phones tonight. Hannah was not only knowledgeable. Her efficiency was on point. By far the smoothest experience we’ve ever had at any Verizon store.
Jordan also offered knowledge in many of the phones new perks while Hannah was handling the updates of all three phones. The two of them made an exceptional team, which we sincerely appreciated. It will be the only store we visit in the future.
