The maintenance here really is top tier. I don’t know how anyone really could ever complain when they always commit to coming a few minutes/hours after and fixing it. Love living here!

I just moved into the gorgeous Verandahs and I couldn’t be happier with the process. Patty Brewer was a delight every step of the way. Paperwork is never fun but Patty eased my mind and helped me find the perfect home for me!!!

Would give zero stars if possible. Kristen at the front office is so rude. Called with a simple question and all she did was scoff and tell me there’s no way to find out the answer to my question. Lazy & incompetent people shouldn’t be running leasing offices. Thank god I don’t have to live here. Good luck Kristen, you’re going to need it!

I stopped by to tour without an appointment, in hopes to secure an apartment quickly. Yes, the property is gorgeous, has great reviews, and is very well kept.
But as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Patty, I could not imagine a warmer welcome to my future home. Patty quickly worked with me, showing me the perfect apartment and tirelessly working to get me through the leasing process.
Thanks to her energy and enthusiasm, I am so glad to call this place home.
Update: I had the pleasure of talking to Kristin the office manager while working with Patty, I can see why their team is so exceptional and efficient. Thankful that I found this place.

Patty was great. I walked in without a tour appointment because I saw the property just driving by. She was so kind and showed me around right away. She provided lots of information and took the time which was great!

I moved in almost 2 months ago and everything has gone very smoothly thanks to Patty. She went above and beyond for me and I could not appreciate her enough! Definitely recommend Patty and the Verandahs to anyone looking!

My wife and I absolutely love it here been here for 8yrs, the staff is great, maintenance is top notch I’d recommend this place for anyone. Unfortunately we have to move at the end of august we don’t want to move but we understand business. Any recommendations for places like this in the same area would be greatly appreciated. Thank you verandahs for our experience we appreciate it especially being our first place to live moving from Memphis.

I recently took a tour of a two-bedroom, one-bath apartment at the Verandahs of Brighton Bay, and I was very impressed. The apartment complex is beautiful, and the lobby and main office are both clean and decorated so cute! However, what really stood out to me was the office manager, Patty.
Patty welcomed me with a warm smile and took time out of her busy schedule to give me a last-minute tour, even though I didn’t have an appointment. She was extremely informative and honest with me, and she even gave me some helpful tips since I am new to the area.
I am still deciding where I want to rent, but if I choose the Verandahs, I know I will be in good hands with Miss Patty. She truly makes the apartment complex special, and it's clear she is well-loved by many. Thank you, Patty, for your kindness and for making my visit so enjoyable! :)

This place is using stolen information for applications. I called them to take me off their list and they continued to send me emails about the application they I told them was fraudulent.
