“After waiting for AAA to tow me off the side of the interstate for 12 hours, leaving the location with my car unlocked for them mind you, and being dealing with being lied to by their customer service, I was fed up and called local towing companies. Exotic answered immediately and was very communicative about location, price, etc upfront. Very pleased and have gotten my car back within less than 45 min of placing the call (my car was about 25 minutes from my desired location). “I SCHEDULED A PICKUP TO TOW MY VEHICLE FROM PINELLAS COUNTY TO TAMPA, THE DRIVER WAS ON TIME AND TOOK EXTRA CARE OF MY VEHICLE ALSO TOOK PICTURES OF THE CAR TO MAKE SURE OF NO DAMAGES. THE DRIVER RAY LUGO WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT ALL THE WAY AROUND. HE EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO CALL ME WHEN MY VEHICLE ARRIVED AT IT'S DESTINATION.
