“I had been having a loud sound upon my rear doors automatically locking once I start driving. I stopped by Tire Choice and talked to Todd who diagnosed it as a bad door lock actuator. He told me to bring it in early one morning soon. I brought it in the next morning at 7:30 AM and although they were already full the manager, Mike, fitted me in. I walked home and he called late morning to discuss the repair needed and price. I picked it up around 2:30 PM and the problem was not only fixed but my car is running like ‘new’ again. Will definitely make this my. “Go To” auto repair shop from now on!??”

“My engine light came on so I called them to see if they could take a quick look at it. They were able to squeeze me in just to run a quick diagnostic. Luckily it wasn’t a big issue, but on top of the great experience, they also added a part to my gas cap that was falling off for me. Quick and friendly service! They offer a Wide selection of brand new tires As well as tire and valve stem repairs. Parking lot is "busy" and bustling so just pay attention not to go flying in hot when pulling into the lot. They also have an AMAZING lil taco truck in the lot for while you're waiting they have some BUSSING tacos and fruit drinks for a great deal!”

They helped me with 3 used tires that they matched as close as possible to current tread on other tires and then have also patched 2 other tires for me. “I have been a long time customer of this specific Firestone and every time I try and tell them that, they tell me I have not been to that store “maybe another store you have but not this one” and when they see the history, have to back track and apologize for the mistake. It’s very insulting that they don’t see this before saying anything. They/ the managers at this store have come and gone over the years, why would the new manager not look at this before making that type of statement?? I always get great service at this store they have great techs that know what they are doing, and do a good job. Sometimes It would be nice to receive a loyalty discount every now and again, or maybe points to use towards the cost of repairs as , nothing is cheap anymore. This Firestone is the only one I have used in my area so I have nothing to compare them to. It is convenient to where I live and if I cannot fix it myself, this is where I go. They do good work.”

“I called in a panic on a Friday morning after finding a large piece of metal in my tire, family in from out of town I could not be without a vehicle. The gentleman on the phone was SO nice, said “no problem we’ll get you in,” I went over shortly there after and was in and out in about 20minutes. I did end up needing a new tire however I thought the price was reasonable, and customer service top notch.”
