I contacted Jim with the hope of obtaining information on one of his listed boats and told him at the time that I was not a potential buyer but simply someone asking a favor. To my great surprise, he could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond in finding the answers I was looking for. I heartily recommend doing business with this gentleman…..it is rare these days to find someone who willingly helps others while knowing he has nothing to gain personally. Thanks again, Jim!

I bought a boat that Tierra Verde yachts listed. Jimmy was more than helpful with answering questions regarding the boat and the whole process. I never felt pressured to make a decision. (I'm very indecisive). He was extremely professional and I would 100% do business with him again or recommend to a friend any day.

Jimmy made this a simple pleasure for me. He inspected the boat and corrected the one problem area before selling it at a very good price about three weeks after the listing. I met him in person only once. Contracts and approvals, even pay out was all by email or text. Highly recommend his service.
