This one is a good place to check out if you are taking a day to thrift - it is conveniently close to Pet Pals, Sunshine, and other thrift stores in St Pete. While it is on the smaller side, it is fairly well organized, as far as local thrift stores go, and it seems to pack quite a variety at very inexpensive prices: books, clothes, tools, furniture, electronics, frames, tchotchkes, etc. I didn't find anything in the clothing section that appealed to me, but walked out with a couple of books and other items for art supplies. SH Discount will definitely be added to my regular rotation. The proprietor is very nice and does not hover.
