I have to say I was very pleased with the service and helpfulness provided by Linda in the office. She was very nice and gave me a lot of information in regards to finding the best unit for me. The complex itself was very clean and Linda created a very nice and comfortable atmosphere for me and my family. I’m happy I chose this complex.

I loved it, I lived here for about 6 months and it was quite good, the quality as soon as I arrived, a sofa bed was included, it had air conditioning and a cozy space. What I didn't like is that there were many people in the pool who were fighting and grabbing smaller children, but well and sometimes people throw a lot of garbage so it's not completely the same as in the photos but that's the custom of the people who live here, the rest is great and some neighbors are great and friendly 9/10

I don't even know where to start.Maintenance- The maintenance does try and keep the place clean and tries to fix the issues.Management- The young lady manager tries but doesn't have the backbone to implement the rules.There are so many issues it blows my mind. Water gets shut off almost every day from a few minutes to hours. Parking is beyond ridiculous you have residents parking in visitors or “guests “ parking for days to months in the visitor parking spots. Some residents are so nasty that smells / cockroaches come from walls/floors to other clean apartments. Management gets informed, and nothing gets done. This place could be a nice place to live if half of the residents get removed and the governance improves the units big time.

I can tell these reviews are made by people that are either upset they got evicted or haven’t even live here, things have change tremendously and management is easy to work with clearly people don’t know how to communicate … my experience here went from a 0 to 100 since the new owners came the property is way cleaner. You always will have people not following the rules but management is working on making it better for the long run.

Horrible and unsafe place. Do yourself a favor and do not even go near this complex. Management is incompetent and does not follow through on promises. The building is filthy and unsanitary.Garbage piles up causing a horrible, neverending stench which permeates everything in the area. Several pipes have burst in many apartments leaving them moldy and inhabitable. Management is worthless.

Greetings, I was just at this place Madeira Apartments and my experience has been pleasant, I have had a wonderful time. Thanks to the GOOD Management carried out by Miss Linda Medina and her team, the pool area is pleasant, clean and comfortable, there are enough parking spaces for both visitors as well as residents and parking is very comfortable, easy and fast, I always had my apartment well taken care of, she strives with her attention and support to ensure that everyone is pleased and she is a kind, polite, disciplined, honest and very professional person I felt wonderful there, and the location of this place near the most beautiful beaches of SANT Peters, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc., positions it geographically in the top ? of a special place to live at reasonable prices! Furthermore, I can say that although it is true that the team makes an effort to keep the common areas clean, there may be people who are dirty and have bad cultural customs, bad education, and a very bad way of living, who want even their personal lives to be cleaned, he said. that all residents can do their part to make the administrative work that is done every day there worthwhile and make this a magnificent place, since those who want to do more than those who can and unity and respect is the force !! Thank you Miss Linda, as pretty as your name, God bless you! I recommend this place 1000,000 percent!!!

apartment complex is always dirty.maintenance never assists and they cannot speak English.management is HORRIBLE. changes company’s so much. i was living here for 2 years and they never did any improvements but had the nerve to raise the rent. DONT NOT RENT HERE! ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY, hassle or the kids throwing rocks breaking car windows (this happened to me) 0/10.

well I been here for about two months now and I had a little bit of a headache and problems on something but it's getting better and fix the Manager is nice and she work with u when u need it u just got to let her know what ur Service is and report what u need did I love my new place I have a town home but I think I want to change it for a 3/2 flat cause I have a 2/2 townhouse and the staircase is just not for me my keens are bad but other then that I love it I'll give it 4.0 stars in my book cause they still working on things that th other manager didn't do right sad but I think she better

This place is the worst...Believe everything you've read previously.I've been here almost 3 yrs now and they not only raised the rent with minimal improvements but BARELY fix issues here.They paint the buildings with cheap HORRIBLE labor, sod and plants down and paint the parking lots...For what? To con people into thinking it's nice here.It's an "upgraded unit" with stainless steel appliances, and 2 out of 3 of them have been replaced by black appliance with little to no effort to replace them.There was an issue with electrical here, the took appliances out instead of fixing the issue. I told them BOTH didn't need to be taken out, that it's the wiring here, but still black appliances.We, my mother and I when she lived here, put a request in for LIGHTS in the stairwells outside. It's pitch black by our front door and the stairs are 3" from where it opens.Broken windows not fixed or replaced, leaks and water being shut off almost DAILY here because of issues and repairs. 50% of the time, no notice of it getting shut off.AWESOME!! I love showering and cooking and no notice to water shut offs.They hired someone to pick this place up and it still looks like shit here. i think they live on the property, not 100% sure.Garbage at the dumpsters, all over the ground, Throughout the property.Pool gets trashed almost daily, nowhere is safe here from trash or damage.Almost nobody here has respect for this place or the people that live here.I'm scared to even Try and break my lease to move...

I have to say honestly, it has been rough here. We have lived in the Madeira apartments going on almost 5 years it will be in October. We have had some poor management but recently with Roselyfe and Linda working up front property manger it has been waayyyy better than previous years. She is continuously keeping in touch with tenants and communicating as best she can. She has helped with and still is helping fixing our rent situation as it has been a mess since the previous owners were deceitful and ran out with people hard earned rent checks. We still have a problem with the bugs but every time I reach out to Lynda she is there with an answer when she doesn’t have her hands full. If the roaches would go somewhere and die and we could get the appliances they ruined replaced which I’m sure she will help take care of then we would have nothing to complain about, rent is a little high not sure I could afford it if it went up again for us but it isn’t as horrendous as it used to be. Linda, I appreciate you and your hard work and helping us through all this bs. Things will improve as long as you are around I feel.
