I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like I have to share the experience with this local shop. I have used them twice now and their entire team does an excellent job; Very friendly and professional. The quality is top notch, the floors and baseboards look beautiful. Excellent work! The team is always on time and will do all they can to keep the timelines: Great prices and they also offer financing. ( I am not affiliated with them btw). A huge thank you to Eric, Corey, Marcus, David and all the guys that helped me with the floors. I highly recommend them.

Carpet was one of our final steps in a miserably long and frustrating home remodeling process. I've had to work with various trades along the process and literally had to follow up with each contractor to point things out and beg them to do right by us. Every single one of them tried to cut corners or go through the motions while expecting to be paid high dollar. It was a pleasure to have Dave's crew come into my home to remind me once again of what a strong work ethic looks like. These guys busted their butts and stayed late until the job was done. It literally warmed my heart to finally see a crew come to my house and do right to honor our home and the money we paid. Their work was perfect and seeing them caring about doing a great job helped us to finish our project on a positive note. Thank you guys! You have my business for life.

What a fantastic experience! Sent my wife down to look at selections. She found the laminate flooring she loved right away. The owner himself happened to be there to answer questions and provide everything we needed. The store is easy to get into clean and efficient. The staff loaded us up right away. There is also plenty of room if you wanted to back up a trailer for loading. Do yourself a favor and choose the carpet store. Way better than wandering around Home Depot or Lowe's waiting for help.

Our third purchase (two houses!) from The Carpet Store and once again we received five-star service throughout the entire process.
Jose R assisted us with multiple carpet options and we never felt pressured to purchase a specific brand or price-point. He educated us about the pros and cons of various styles of carpet, padding and multiple technical details upon request.
When we asked for pricing on various options, he responded quickly and with a competitive price.
Once we selected the carpet, a technician was sent to our home to precisely measure the project’s requirements. He was professional, quick and his measurements actually lowered the final project cost.
On installation day, the installers arrived right on time, were friendly, clean and skilled. The carpet transitions are tight, the edges are clean and the seams are barely visible.
From the very beginning of the process, literally starting with the front desk receptionist, my wife and I were treated fairly, professionally and always with a friendly demeanor.
And the final product is beautiful in our home.
We will certainly buy from The Carpet Store and Jose again.

This company was amazing and treated me very well from the time I walked in for carpet selection to my ultimate and entire home new carpet install. Leighanne was my salesperson and she was fantastic. Patient, helpful, and gave me great suggestions. Dan and Jason were our installers and these two were as hardworking and professional as I’ve ever seen. They were super helpful, moved heavy furniture, expertly installed the new carpet and even cleaned and vacuumed on the way out! They were amazing and super friendly! The whole experience was fantastic - thank you Carpet Store!

They were awesome, especially our salesperson Theresa.
She was very helpful and gave us a reasonable price on luxury vinyl flooring. They had.
A huge inventory in lots of different varieties for all prices. Is really affordable for anyone.
