This place is amazing. I went in because I had a coupon for an oil change and after that I felt like I could trust them so the very next day I brought my car back in for 100,000 mile tune up. They were so professional, friendly and efficient. I feel like I can trust them with my future tune-ups etc. Thank you to all of you!

Had a dead battery in our Honda Odyssey. I called in the morning and asked for a quote to install, and told them I wouldn't be able to bring it in until 4PM.They assured me that was no problem. Got the van up there and they took care of it sooner than I expected.Very nice people clean shop and waiting area. Great price too! Will not hesitate to recommend to my friends and will return when I need help again. Thank you BURG!!!

Was looking for a good, reliable, honest mechanic. Ran into these guys. Thought I needed brakes(Which the dealership told me I was going to need soon). After inspection my advisor told me the brakes were almost new!! Even showed me pics of the brakes. Dealership tryed to pull one over on me. I had and oil change, 3 new tires, CVT transmission fluid exchange, also rear brakes clean and adjustment. They even got me a free Lyft to go home and wait while services were performed!! Got my car back and it absolutely drives better. Even the brake feel had been rejuvenated.. Hopefully they stay in business awhile because until then, they have earned a long time customer!!Services: Transmission

This place rocks. Best auto shop around. I love how they send the full diagnosis of the car with different areas of things you need to do now or later. Very responsive and very knowledgeable. Since I’ve found this place, it’s my only go to. Oh and they have snacks while you wait.

This place is so refreshing! I HATE dealing with any car places for example, dealerships, mechanics, etc.because of the unfortunate stigma of how they treat girls. I've gotten taken advantage of a lot for not knowing much about cars. Not here!!! The owner was super nice and upfront. The price estimate on paper even showed the taxes included so that I knew EXACTLY what I was paying and gad fair pricing. No hidden fees! The customer service was professional and friendly. No gimmicks or funny business. Definitely found my new mechanic spot.

One of the best customer service I have ever experienced in the entire world. In an automotive shop, impossible. I was WOWed. I saw it wasn't just one of two. Every customer gets treated like a king here. Amazing service. Vance took care of my needs from the beginning. He is very professional and does the front desk job at the best. They have plenty of free drinks and books to indulge. So, give it a shot. Not only your car, you will also feel pampered!

Amazing experience! I can totally see why they are so highly rated. My wife was extremely comfortable when dropping our vehicle off for a diagnosis. Jeff greeted her quickly and was able to explain things to her and even arrange a ride home for her. We got answers quickly and I was extremely impressed with the involvement of the owner Shawn. We truly felt like VIPs here and will continue to bring our vehicles and refer our friends and family to them.

This is one of the most honest and pleasant auto shop I have ever need to. They explain everything before they do it, why they need to do it and also do not do any more work than required to get the job done. They also send you a final report with pics if they can take them of what they recommend and why.I will never go to another shop unless I am out of town and have no other choice.Even then I would probably ask them to look at the work that was done.

I’m from NY and was trying to locate a trustworthy mechanic as I’m new to the state. I looked at so many reviews and landed on two. The reviews were spot on. This place was amazing. They break everything down for you and help you understand. They’re so kind and welcome your pets❤️❤️. I actually had a quote from a different place going in and they didn’t know this. They confirmed issues and were a bit cheaper and service was just over the top. I have my new mechanic. Thank you guys. I went in for exhaust replacement.

The guys did a great job all around. I worked with Jeff. He and the team were very friendly, quick, and responsive. They created a document of my vehicle with pics and detailed descriptions of things that looked good as well as things that could potentially need work done soon. I was referred to here by a friend and will gladly pass along a referral to anyone else looking for repair work.

They were very helpful, informative and punctual. Everything you could want from a mechanic. They helped us make sure that he was getting a great car. The owner's mother was great too! LOL. She does ikebana for them - Japanese floral art and she does it quite well in my opinion.

I have never been to an auto shop with actually friendly employees, but after speaking with a few of the guys here I can say they were all above and beyond friendly and helpful!! Every customer that I saw them help, including myself, was treated like a friend/family. They got me in same day and I had a coupon for a great deal on a full synthetic oil change. They didn’t try to upsell me anything unnecessary and I didn’t have to wait forever because they started my car right away. I really appreciated how personable the staff was, and the fact that they had treats for humans AND pets in the lobby was an added bonus. If you are looking for a reliable, honest and hardworking team of professionals for your next car repair look no further, you’ve found them.These guys are the real deal, and I don’t say that lightly. I’ve been wrenching on my own vehicles for many years, and as a result I’ve grown skeptical and have been unable to trust my vehicles with many shops. I have a high expectation for how a job should be performed and I can honestly tell you that these guys are top notch.I had a major issue with my A/C, and the repair was going to be extensive, involving dashboard removal in order to access the defective component. The cost of the repair was more than fair considering the amount of labor that was involved. Patrick and his team kept me apprised throughput the process , including taking progress pictures along the way. If you’ve ever been involved in any repair that requires dash removal you can appreciate the anxiety that comes along with it. There are so many components that have to be removed and the likelihood of squeaking or rattling is always high because of the way that it’s removed and reinstalled. There wasn’t a single rattle or squeak after I picked up the vehicle. The interior of the vehicle was spotless, you couldn’t even tell that the dash had been removed. The air was ice cold and everything has been running smoothly since the repair.I couldn’t be happier with the way this repair turned out.
