The member advocate who attended my wife and treated us with indifference, speaking so low and fast that I could barely understand or hear what he was saying… He went in and less than a minute later came back with “my printed card.” There were only two members at the branch… I made the mistake of not reading the card. When I got home, it wasn't my card; it had someone else's name printed on it. I wasted my Saturday morning, couldn't resolve my family's financial issues with all the consequences... and I'm left with a very bad first impression of the credit union's service as a new member.

Maurice was very helpful with Notarizing a document For FREE and opening a new revolving line of credit. I think they are going for that coffee shop bank vibe but the coffee machine was broken ?
I prefer not to have gender politics as decorations at my bank though but I understand they may get a lot of pressure in St Pete for not celebrating sexuality. What that has to do with banking is beyond me. But I'm a hetero white man so I've been told a few times that my opinion isn't helpful or useful. So I guess I used to view it as acceptance but now I view it as hostility toward me. take it or leave it ?
