I was shocked by the changes. Luckily, when I got no contact for 5 days, I came into store and someone was there. I had two phone numbers listed and text was sent to wired home phone. She was helpful, got my clothes and I will be back.

Great and efficient concept! All self serve automated and open 24/7! You drop your clothes in a numbered bag, provide your information on the machine and get a text and email with confirmation and then pick! Love it

Drop off and pick up of clothing is much better with automated process. The only thing missing is a receipt detailing items in order at time of drop off.

This was never a great cleaners but it has gone from just ok to horrible. We will not be using them any longer. Recently we have had to get multiple items re-cleaned because they had a strong funky chemical mildew smell. I had to have a hat cleaned multiple times because it looked like they mixed it with dark clothing and it was returned w/ spots. My husband’s blazer also looked like it was washed instead of dry cleaned and pressed. It was wrinkled and had multiple lint pills all over it. No More Sun Country for Us!!!

She explained the new system to me, which I love by the way, and made me feel comfortable the first time using it. She goes above and beyond which is highly appreciated ? Sun Country has gone to a virtual store which was a little intimidating at first but it worked and is open 24/7 so guess this is the new world.

I dropped off my clothes late and we’re not going to be ready in time for my trip! MY FAULT! I called and got “KAT” who picked up and hand delivered them so I could have them for my trip! OUTSTANDING customer service!
