VERY FRIENDLY, CAREFUL, DEDICATED ASSISTANCE FROM THE PERSON WHO INTERRACTS WITH THE CONSUMER. ALWAYS A SMILE AND A RUSH TO PLEASE, DEBBIE HAS BEEN AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER FOR SUN COUNTRY. I HOPE THIS HELPS TO GIVE HER A DECENT RAISE. ALL MY FRIENDS HAVE THE SAME PRAISE FOR HERE! IT MEANS A LOT TO CUSTOIMER, WHO, FOR THE MOST PART HAS TO DEAL WITH PRUNE FACED, FARTING ATTENDANTS AT MOST PLACES. THAT'S WHY I HAVE STAYED WITH SUN COUNTRY ALL THESE MANY, MANY YEARS, AND SO DOES MY FAMILY AND EXTENDED FAMILY MEMBERS!

Great service, very kind and affordable as well. Would recommendI haven’t been to a dry cleaner before and they set the bar high !I had a button missing on one of my jackets and another that was loose. They returned the jacket with two new buttons ! I did not ask for this service or was charged for it.I would highly recommend !

They are great and somehow know who I am when I pull up even if I haven’t been there in a while, talk about good customer service! They are well priced and so a good job on the clothing.

I'm absolutely fed up with the disrespect shown to my clothing. They've lost buttons, snagged knits, and put stickers on expensive clothing labels and now they returned an expensive knit jacket worn twice with the hem out. I asked for someone to contact me and nothing.Service: Dry cleaning

Way to lose a customer…I was a customer at this location for over a year. Last order my clothes were left in unacceptable condition. The cleaners agreed to ‘do over’ the cleaning for free. I thought great, longer to get my clothes, but problem solved.I have a note on file that says no creases. It looked as if the cleaner had creased the pants and then tried to read them straight. It left the crease and also a bunch of wrinkles and even set the new ‘crease’ that was supposed to be in line with the seam off by an inch.I tried to speak with the woman that works there. She was something else. It seemed like she was on drugs. I tried to inquire about why after the second time the clothes were in even worse condition and she just went nuts; stating very unprofessionally that she didn’t do the dry cleaning and ultimately hanging up on me after screaming ‘find a new cleaners’ into the phone.Well, I think I am finding a new cleaners. I left a message with their office and hope to receive a call back. Otherwise, they will be receiving a chargeback from visa for the dry cleaning charges.Beware…Service: Dry cleaning
