Lama and her team were knowledgeable, professional, efficient and compassionate in helping my parents complete the requirements for their estate plan. Lama identified gaps in their original trusts, that were created 20 years ago, provided clear explanation of required amendments, did a thorough walk through to ensure their understanding and came to their residence when it was difficult for my father to leave. I came into the process at the tail end, and Lama took the time to bring me up to speed and answer my many questions as well. I feel confident that I have the required legal instruments in place to be able to properly carry out my parents' wishes for their estate. I highly recommend this team!

We are an unmarried couple so we needed someone to help us ensure that our estates will be handled according to our wishes and without probate being necessary. 2023 has been as educational as it has challenging. I don't want to think where my father's state of affairs would be without the professional help and guidance from Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid, P.A. Elder Law Attorney Lama Alqasemi and Long-Term Care Coordinator Meighan Monroe. When I was in search of answers and running out of faith, Lama reached out to me personally and instilled a trust inside me that sparked optimism. Her knowledge of the Medicaid system and the processes that she explained gave me the road map I needed to see in order to accomplish an application that is daunting of a task for both the applicant and the elder law firm undertaking the assignment. Lama's calming and confident demeanor gave me the peace and understanding I needed at a worrisome time for my father. As his power of attorney I worked directly with an exceptional legal assistant in Meighan. She continues to do so much heavy lifting, I nearly forget that I am involved in the process at all. Her checklists, her communication and ability to stay organized, thorough and deadline oriented is outstanding. The team that Lama and Meighan have formed makes a case for an unrivaled dynamic duo. They fight for their clients every step of the way, they work tirelessly with the patient's care team and case management and at the end of the day the get the job done. If the gloves are on, I would only want to be in their corner. They defend their client's best interests and move swiftly at any point of contention. They do not waver, they do not retreat they push forward with each round and get stronger as the match goes on. I never envisioned myself getting involved in my father's estate planning and tackling a Medicaid application. Today, I am proud to say that with Lama and Meighan's help my father is well taken care of and will have no financial burdens for will be a long road to recovery. I can't thank them enough for all that they have done and continue to work towards. It has meant the world to me and I know that I am just one of the many people they have served in this aspect, but I respect the one-of-kind service I have experienced. Thank you both so very much! I contacted Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid back in September seeking help with a reverse mortgage that was rapidly approaching. Within 30 minutes of my initial call I received a call from attorney Bruce Marger. From the very beginning Mr. Marger provided a calm clear vision of the steps that should be taken to secure the property and satisfy the plaintiff.
