This place was the go to shop Mark is great but he went out of town and the cashier and mechanic were left alone paid 1500 and still can't ride bike didn't even make it home they forgot to put parts on bike and cashier kept calling for 40 bucks extra it was very strange not Mark's usual business bike still not fixed and so ce I paid over 1500 for repairs barley got bike home and still won't work very strange episode at my favorite shop won't go back looking for another motorcycle shop to actually fix bike. I actually just saw ur response 11/02 the name on account is Lorenzo Marry (neon green bike) Marc was out of town -older gentleman working there inside heard me discussing the issue and extra 40 with woman behind counter, she kept calling my husband Lorenzo for the 40 that's why I went in .. he was at work.. made no sense and bike was never fixed he just got it home been parked ever since .

He did magic on my bike!! It was affected by the flood, got it towed there for a diagnostic and he was very responsive and quick. Ended up getting it back into great condition! I’m very happy. Great price for the work it needed. He even helped us getting it onto our truck and securing it so we could get it back home safely. Thanks again!

Recently had the first major service, rectifier upgrade and new stator done on my '07 Triumph with St. Pete Motorworld. Ves took care of everything like a total pro. Excellent, knowledgeable, experienced service. This will be my go-to shop for anything moving forward.

Amazing customer service, got my motorcycle in and out in a good time frame, kept me updated about items ordered, was honest about everything and even showed me pictures of why the part(s) failed, good pricing for parts and labor, I don’t even know what else to say other then I was a very happy and satisfied customer and will definitely keep going back for anything I need done to my motorcycle and would recommend this shop to anyone!

First visit since Marc has retired. Val was a mechanic who took over and worked with Marc prior.
The quality of work and proce has not changed. I took my bike in for an oil change and knew the the breaks were getting low. Val called to let me know that the oil change was complete but I would need breaks soon and a nail in my rear tire. I agreed to the additional work and picked up my bike the next day.
Val also saved the old parts to show to show the work completed as also why the repairs were suggested.

Brought my no running bike that I just purchased there suspecting a clutch problem. The mechanic fix that and all other electrical issues the bike had at relatively low cost. After we got the bike running it came out that there was water in the gas tank and some carb job was needed. They fix this issue as well and there you go - my obviously bad purchase turned in to a running bike again! Thank you!!!
