Driver came on private lot told me I had to move then when I had passenger and ready to leave blocked my exit had no authority to do so very rude and arrogant do not trust this company definitely scam artist

I’ve never had such a horrible tow experience, he insulted a veteran right in front of me and showed no humanity. Nobody likes getting towed and I was nice and payed my dues but he was not only rude to me but the veteran he illegally towed- insulted his car, told him to learn how to read, and said the only reason he got his car back is his service. I hope the man who runs this place gets something good in his life because his negativity is infectious and there is no reason to treat people the way he did.

Called at 9:15 pm told him that my son was stuck on 275 with his boat trailer bearings out. Dante gave me a price (1/2 of others) and said that he could be there in 20 minutes. My son was 13 miles away from the location. Dante made it and was professional and very kind and made sure my son made it home with his boat in tow safely. I would highly recommend Skyway!

Their driver had to be drunk. He completely destroyed a bran new Range Rover's steering system. The guy was driving into oncoming traffic while towing the car that had its wheels locked to the right. And he almost ran into the building on the SE corner of Central and 22nd.
This is why you are not supposed to tow a vehicle that has its wheels locked.
I hope the vehicle owner's insurance company hits them hard.

If I could give zero stars I would! These people are thieves no one uses there services and they are hygiene dirty. So they sit and prey on innocent people and take there car so fast at the Wayland apts they have to hook it up around the corner tearing up your car in the process. Then charge these enormous prices to get your car back to fuel there drug habit Im sure. Money is the root to all evil you people keep eating with blood money.. You will not be around long taking and stealing from others you have less than two stars now the universe is dealing with you. Why else would they be sitting all day in Webb plaza casing the joint stealing from others soon as they park there car for not even two minutes up front. These people are monitoring like there the police but not making there income so they result to basically legally stealing from you. It is imperative that you bums use your marketing skills if I have any and stop literally writing tickets to steal other people money by fake towing

Listen, no one likes it when their car gets towed. I sure did not. However, Kendrick here did help us a lot. There was a glitch in the park mobile app, so park mobile is looking into it. However, Kendrick was understanding and kind, and even helped us out with an issue with the car that was NOT their responsibility, at all. If I need a tow in the future, or god forbid we get towed again, hope we get Kendrick.

Absolutely the worst people I have ever dealt with. This guy towed my car and called me racial slurs like: "go back to Nintendo land and I'll deport you back to Resort Island and you're an alien", what a loser! The guy himself was of color and a nasty smelly person. Dude is living the dream towing cars for minimum wage at 1am how sad :'( If I see you in the streets its on, and I'm bringing Matt with me. I hope you guys go under for real!!!!

Predatory!!!! My car was taken out of MY space at my office today without even so much as a phone call. I am the one who is supposed to report someone in my spaces! WTH? Amazing.
I paid for specific signage in my spaces, I am a tenant in good standing and have multiple vehicles. So incredibly upsetting, a huge inconvenience and all around just bad business by this business. All we got was empty excuses from this company.

When I think of the man at this tow shop one word comes to mind: miserable. He was extremely rude, sassy and horrible. He tried to make me give him my card through the fence for him to charge it for the tow in his “office”. I called the police over to help and he wouldn’t even cooperate with them. What do you have back there hostages?? I ended up getting cash for him and he was filming me this time. He was all the sudden sooo nice! Yes sir I’m sure you make a lot of money taking peoples cars away but I would never want your job because I can’t imagine making a living off of screwing people over and ruining their day. Congratulations you are the worst part of everyone you encounters day. Enjoy your dirty money.

Staying with our son at his apartment complex. Parked my car near the visitor parking in a parking garage.. came out in the morning and my car was gone! Thinking it was stolen, went to apartment leasing center and they had no idea that this company was in their complex towing vehicles. The towing company is supposed to let them know when cars and what cars are being towed. No warning as they are supposed to give. Called the guy and he was rude. Arrived at his company and the gate closed and locked. Had to ca him to come outside. Took our credit card and was bragging about how he had towed 2 other cars and was holding them for ransom..the rude guy told my husband that he would've towed his truck had it not had a handicapped sticker on it!! What a rotten way to scam people of their hard earned money!!!!!

Urgent.ly sucks. ESPECIALLY in the middle of the night.....Mere minutes after they deigned it worthy to pay the bare minimum, skyway towing took the job and had me towed, the driver was amazing and because the place I picked was closed even took me to a place he knew could help me, at no additional charge, because it was close by.
