I got in to see the doctor very quickly. He diagnosed my issue's, prescribed me a few drugs to help and I was back home in 40 minutes. I would definitely go to the Signature Urgent Care clinic again.

I had to travel over 45 mins. To get to a top rated urgent care facility. Whoever rated Signature Urgent care was spot on. The staff was great from the intake person to the doctor. I give them my highest rating.

Unbelievably amazing experience! Who wants to be in an Urgent Care on a Sunday morning? But I had the best welcome at the front desk, the best nurse to take my blood pressure etc. And then Dr. Pasha was gentle and excellent and removed the foreign piece from my eye! He made me feel comfortable and I wasn't scared! I highly recommend this facility, the staff and the location!

Have been here a few times in situations where I couldn’t get into my doctor quick enough. Always so kind and friendly at the front desk (same girl every time) She is super pleasant. I’ve never waited long and each provider has been nice and gets me what I need quickly.

I’ve been three times in the last 4yrs, and each time I was in and out in under 20 min. Consult was very thorough and all of the staff was helpful and friendly.

Either this place generally does shady practices or it is ran by racists. I received a bill from my insurance company for a test that I never received the results from. I called this location back to have those test results disclosed before I paid the bill. The woman who answered the phone told me the sample was never tested. When I inquired why, the woman put me on hold to find out and when she came back I could hear her playing with desk phone to hang up on “accident”. That didn’t work and I replied Yes I’m Still Here when she tried to pretend check if I’m there. She placed me back on hold and her second attempt to slyly disconnect the call was successful. This location is unethical, subpar, and disrespectful.

I have recently moved to Saint Pete and was fortunate enough To find this urgent care facility. The staff were kind, helpful, courteous and I had zero wait time. I could not recommend this urgent care enough. You will not be disappointed!!!
