Both times I've been here the woman behind the counter (who I assume is the owner) has been extremely kind and courteous, answering any questions I had and even printing and packing things for me and charging me very little for it. Highly recommend!

Hello,TLC shipping is the way to go.The prices are fair with excellent customer service. I dealt with the a young lady name Stacie and she treated me the way a person likes to be treated,she answered all my questions and concerns.I needed one item shipped overseas and was getting quotes from Sarasota twice of what TLC charged me.

What an amazing experience! This is how it should be!I walked in and was greeted kindly by both of the employees. I explained what I was trying to accomplish, which was return a comforter and to swap the box it was shipped in for a smaller box to reduce the shipping cost.She gave me a used box that she already had in exchange for my larger box at no cost, had the package taped up and ready to ship in minutes, and saved me about $40, all in less than about 8 minutes and with a smile. I'll be back for any shipping I need to!

The customer service is terrible the lady was so rude and a know it all. I will never spend my money in here. Parking is small and limited and the place could use a good cleaning

I have known Stacy for many years, when she was a young girl working here. Today she is the owner and has done exceptionally well for herself. She has amazing girls working as well. I don't live in Florida anymore but I do visit a few months every year. They have done an exceptional job on shipping our stuff back to NV for us. Love to all?

The team at Sending TLC was incredible! They were very knowledgable, friendly and patient with me as I asked questions about shipping breast milk on dry ice. I would recommend this business to anyone for their shipping needs! 11/10 experience!
